Dr Snead is great. His offices are not. Only one person at the desk. Does not greet patients right away. Is on the phone apparently training another employee (telling her how to code a visit for Medicare and supplemental), while a line of people are waiting. Keurig-type coffee pods are sitting on a counter with no coffee maker. Coffee maker has been broken 4 weeks at least. Previous visit was broken and another girl at the desk said 'yeah we should probably tell someone. Had an eye exam a couple weeks ago and the eye doc ordered sample contacts and I was told I would be called when they came in. No one called, but they were in.

We had been to two other eye doctors in the past 2 years. One experience was acceptable. The second was a disaster. Never did get treated there. Then we found Doctor Snead. We were impresses the first visit. His staff was very caring and has gone above and beyond to get us taken care of. Our treatments were scheduled quickly. Everything was explained about our surgery.
When it was time for the cataract surgery, the surgery center staff was great. I was very nervous and the surgery staff made me feel like I was special. They calmed me down and the surgery was over and I knew nothing. I am having my second eye done and there is no fear this time as I know what to expect and how the staff will take care of me.
I cannot imagine going to any other eye doctor than Doctor Snead. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for the best service by a caring staff and doctor.
