I had a great experience at the Center for Sight. Dr. Middaugh was incredibly thorough and super friendly. I actually had fun. Also, Jeff Davis, who is their optician was really nice also and super accommodating. I know that it was much pickier than most people as I tried on probably everything in the store. But they allowed me to do my thing then he did extensive fitting. It was really great experience and the girls were super nice too. I have to say that the office is very attractive as well.

Staff and Dr. Brad Middaugh are absolutely amazing. Kind, considerate, and very supportive during all my visits. Dr. Middaugh is a fantastic eye care doctor, his demeanor is a gentle, caring person. My husband and I feel very blessed getting connected with Dr., after we moved to Florida permanently three years ago. He definitely does a great job serving his patients. The initial appointment was fine. During my visit, the optometrist was a little rude regarding my previous eye care choices. Yes, they weren't the best and I can look past that. I had to come back for a prescription adjustment and waited in a back room for quite some time and I'm pretty sure I was forgotten about until a surprised tech walked by and sent for the doctor. Not the best experience, but not necessarily worth writing a Google review about. The real issue started when I was sent a bill for a service that I wasn't informed wasn't covered under my eye care plan. Fine, that has happened to me before with contact appointments and my bad for not reading the fine print. I paid the bill online with my FSA fund credit card. Easy! A few weeks later, I received a statement in the mail with a process date *after* I already paid the bill saying I still owed for the service. I ensured that the FSA payment did indeed go through. Today, I have spent over an hour calling various phone numbers found on their website trying to speak to literally anyone, only to find myself on hold. I even attempted to make a patient account online to see if I could access my payment history that way, but it requires information provided by the office, which I was unable to reach. I was finally able to request a call back through an automated system (not all of their hold lines offer this option, apparently) and when I finally got that call back, the person warned that they weren't fully trained to answer billing questions, so I was transferred to billing and put on hold again! All that run around to be told that yes, my bill has been paid and my account shows $0 balance. The inefficient calling system was maddening and it shouldn't be that difficult to talk to someone to sort out an issue that I shouldn't have had to figure out in the first place.

Most of my life I had 20/20 and never went to the eye doctor. Then with age it seemed inevitable. According to Doc it's birthdays! I have never been to a more comforting medical place ever. Everyone was polite and caring. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

I love everything about Centers For Sight. Great eye care, and the staff is amazing. They have very nice options for glasses to choose from. Also the prices won't break the bank. My daughter loves it!!

This is the best eye center I have been to! The facility is very clean and inviting. The staff-very professional and friendly. They explained and answered my questions. I am very impressed with Dr. Middaugh. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had an issue with my eyes....Dr Middaugh knew what the problem was and what could be done to correct it. Christian was helpful with the selection of my eye glasses and the style that fits my face. I would make an appointment early, Dr. Middaugh open appointments fill up quickly.

Great job The team works so well together and the process flows nicely from start to finish. They have been and will be my only choice for my eye exam and frames.
