Booking the appointment online was easy. Upon arrival the check in process was great. The front desk person was awesome, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor was also very knowledgeable and helpful. They made my 14 yr old son's first contact lens experience great.

I would not recommend coming here. After going here last year, I totally forgot they force you to do a $30+ scan of your eyes that is not on the website, mentioned when scheduling, and is optional at all other places I have been. If you refuse the eye scan, they refuse to do your eye exam. Funny enough, my insurance covers this but they won't accept insurance for it.
Out of principle, I will not go somewhere that forces additional and unnecessary testing.
They also have the kind person at the reception to inform everyone of this charge. Sorry this is part of your job. I can't imagine people are happy when you tell them they are forced to do things they don't want to do.

trance of clean hands and no makeup when I serting and removing make up when taking out. Was not left waiting a long time for my appt. like most Dr.s offices.

My visit went well today I was able to be seen right away and have my examination completed by Dr. Truong, she is the best. Dr. Truong has always taken the time to make sure I understood what was changing in my vision and what that means as I continue to age. I am blessed to have her as a provider. I am generously giving 3 starts due to the cleanliness, caring and professional front desk staff and a few great Optometrists I've see in the past. There is one Optometrist in this office who is incredibly rude and very money hungry. If anyone is struggling financially due to COVID19 that needs inexpensive contacts or glasses, I would love to suggest 1800CONTACTS. There was a free vision exam and the contacts are reasonably priced.

Dr. Sanchez's office was equipped with state of the art equipment. For me that meant a better eye exam. Less flipping through lenses that you really can't tell if it's better or worse. Those exams have been around since the dawn of times. Well not really. But they have been around for a very long time. I felt very confident in the prescription I was receiving. There wasn't any guess work involved. I am very pleased with my glasses. and how well I can see out of them. Thanks, Dr. Sanchez, O.D.

I did not want my eyes dialated but was told I would not be given my prescription unless I had my eyes dialated. I have had my eyes examined in other states and did not have this situation. I think the practice at Edison Mall does not have updated equipment. My eyes were fine, but I still had to deal with blurry vision for hours. I could not pick out frames because I could not see clearly.
