I had an excellent experience with Dr. Elizabeth Schwartz and couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. During the exam, Dr. Schwartz was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Dr. Schwartz is truly exceptional!! Kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She's the ONLY doctor able to properly diagnose my husband's vision issues (after YEARS of seeing other optometrists). At that point, we were more than sold! We wound up following Dr. Schwartz from Pearle Vision to Eyeglass World because she is THAT good. She takes her time, listens, and explains everything clearly - she's 10000% relatable and you never feel rushed or dismissed.
The staff made the experience even better. Martin, the manager, was welcoming, helpful and professional. Everything felt smooth and well-organized. Bryanna was absolutely wonderful while helping confirm all the details for my new glasses; patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in getting everything exactly right. From start to finish, this was a top-tier experience. Highly recommend!!
