I came to Eyeglass World to have my glasses repaired, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The attendant had my glasses fixed in less than five minutes! I was honestly amazed at how fast and efficient the service was. They were polite, professional, and made sure everything was perfect before handing them back to me. This isn't my first great experience here either. I actually purchased my glasses from this location last year, and the service then was just as impressive. The staff helped me find the perfect pair, walked me through all my options, and made the process easy from start to finish. They really take their time to make sure you're happy with your purchase. It's great to see a place that consistently delivers excellent customer service. I truly appreciate how friendly and helpful the team is every time I stop by. If you're looking for a place to buy glasses or get a quick repair, I highly recommend Eyeglass world

Giselle was fantastic! She helped me changed the lenses on four pairs of my glasses. Three of my four were ready the same day!! I received a convenient text when my fourth pair were ready for pick up. Highly suggest this location. And definitely ask for Giselle!!!!

I just stepped into this store and the staff was amazing but you can tell they need more hands helping them out. Crazy how long the wait was just to get my glasses adjusted. But a big thank you to Casey who helped me and her manager Alina apologized for my wait and gave me a compliment on my boots. Love this store and this staff. I just hope they get some help soon.

When I entered the store for my appointment every employee I saw greeted me with a smile on their face. I met Gilberto when I was choosing my frames. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions about frames and my prescriptions and he took the time to share his vast knowledge on each subject. The frames I picked didn't fit correctly and he explained why and even chose a pair that I liked and they fit perfectly. They are customer focused, patient and knowledgeable they deserve a way better star rating. If you go to this location ask for Gilberto he will take good care of your needs.

After my new pup chewed up my eyeglasses, I desperately needed new eyeglasses with my new script. I took advantage of the selection and prices at Eyeglass World. Lesly and Victoria (and JR) helped facilitate the sales and customer service process as smooth and seemlessly as possible. The entire staff (don't recall all the names) was very helpful and made my experience one in which I would return to and give my business to Eyeglass World again.

Let me start saying the eye glasses, value and customer service was great at the Page Field Eye Glass World. The stand out reason that customer service was so exceptional was the customer representative that took care of us. I can't say enough positive things about Gilberto, so I'll sum it up that he was wonderful. Pleasant, knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. Thank you Gil.

I called up a few days ago to schedule an appointment for my contact lenses and Glasses for an eye exam. On the phone, I asked them the cost of the contact lenses and the eye exam that I was told $85! When I got there, she told me oh no it's 85+50 now the money wasn't the issue was the issue I was misinformed and then brushed off. I will gladly go somewhere else and pay 130 but not this location. And to kick it off, the reason I thought it was just 85. It's because there isn't even a doctor there! It's all done digitally or virtually so a full price for a doctor that is not there!

I've come here for years they take my insurance the drs are nice and the lady's that help you pick out the glasses are great! Unfortunately a few bad apples ruin a place. Spend around $1000 on 2 pairs of glasses and was told one will be a same day turn around and the other will be 3 days. I live far nw cape. After calling every other day for two weeks I'm told they were shipped out Feb 1 and should see them in 3 days. I call Feb 5 and was told "yes they are here" I leave my job 2 hours early and drive 45 min to this location for them to tell me idk why they told you they were ready. We are now 2 and a half weeks past promise time and I physically called so I wouldn't waste my time just to waste my time. Y'all need to let some of your paper weights go in that store.
