MISSY is absolutely amazing! She is patient, kind and overall lovely. I brought in my favorite pair of glasses, which I unfortunately bent and also had a lense pop out. She was so patient and fixed them up for me, and now they're just like new! She made sure to be super careful (she knew they are my favs!) She also took her time to make sure they fit me perfectly. This place also has such a great selection, I've got 2 pairs and will definitely go there if I ever need more.

Sarah and Missy were awesome. Missy made sure all my orders were taken care of. Sarah made sure all my glasses fit before I left without rushing me. From answering the phone to the first intake the girls were so professional. The eye doctor was wonderful and the gentleman who put the glasses together and tinted my sunglasses did an amazing job. Thank you very much! I will use you again and recommend you to my family.

I had an amazing experience at Eyeglass World today! Amanda, Missy, and Sarah were incredibly helpful and welcoming--they made the whole process of selecting my glasses so easy and stress-free. They walked me through my options, answered every question, and made sure I had everything I needed. Dr. Sills was also fantastic. He was extremely thorough but still got me in and out quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, great service from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!

Look at this goof. He totally sat on his glasses, on the beach, on vacation. Now what?! Well, let me tell you... The staff at this location was fantastic in every way. We called on a Saturday afternoon, told them what happened and what frame and style he had. We then flew over there and they already had then our and ready to swap the lenses into the new frames. Then my son mention these we relatively new, but he got them at America's Best... Which turns out to be a sister company, so they did a cross brand warranty replacement and voila, we were on our way. Friendly, competent, attentive staff. Vacation saved! THANK YOU!

I came into Eyeglass World in Fort Myers not knowing a single thing about the process because I've never used this company to receive glasses before. I was immediately greeted upon my entrance which made me feel relaxed and like i picked the right place, and boy was i right! They directed me down the hallway to sign in at the front desk and the employee at this specific location was so kind and helpful. She genuinely made me so happy to be there and i knew i was in the right place. She directed me to my paperwork and I was shortly in with the eye doctor and got my eyes checked for both glasses and contacts! After i was finished with the doctor i got the opportunity to try on frames and i had a blast. The employees were so gracious about giving me as much time as i needed to try on all the frames i wanted to before making a choice. After i finally decided, the check out process was swift and easy and the lady who helped me check out , also did a price comparison for me by showing me what my price would be if i added on extra features to my new lenses or if I didn't want to. That was incredibly helpful financial wise and made me feel heard and taken care of. After I was done at checkout, the staff informed me that my lenses would be ready for pick up in only ONE HOUR after my payment! I was so thrilled I actually screamed for joy. I came in exactly an hour later and took my glasses home. What a huge relief. I now have both a lens prescription AND a contact prescription for whenever I'm ready to purchase contacts. As someone who needs glasses 24/7, this place is definitely worth every penny and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Give Eyeglass world a try, you won't be disappointed! I was lied to. I was told I was going to pay 25$ and that's all and next thing I know I was billed 116$ and I was not told I might have to pay more. And I would have never bought the glasses if they cost 120$ yet now I am. Never again will I go back, being lied to and billed more money the I should be paying!

Bob and Sarah were extremely personable. I thanked both of them for help with my emergency same day glasses! Sarah was kind and professional, and Bob came out to personally make sure I liked the glasses. Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again!

If you're looking for a responsible, honest, and genuinely caring doctor, do not go here. The staff might smile, but the care is careless. Appointments feel rushed, questions are brushed off, and it's clear the focus isn't on the patients. You deserve better treatment--both medically and personally--so save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. During my visit, I asked my mom a question--not the doctor--and before she could even respond, he answered for her. My mom, thinking he was speaking to her, asked what he said, and he replied in a rude yet calm and strict tone, "I WAS JUST ANSWERING HER QUESTION!" It was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. A doctor should listen, show patience, and communicate respectfully. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Sarah has also been consistently rude and unprofessional in her interactions. Her attitude was dismissive and impolite, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. This wasn't the first time, as she has shown the same lack of courtesy in the past. In a professional environment, respect and kindness are essential, especially when dealing with patients, but that standard doesn't seem to be met here. On a positive note, Bailey was incredibly nice, responsible, and professional. She showed genuine care, listened carefully, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Her respectful attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the visit feel a little more comfortable. Bailey is a great example of how staff should treat patients--with empathy, professionalism, and care.
