Daughter had appointment. Great with kids. Really nice office. Helpful professional super nice staff. Flexible with our tight schedule. Answered all our questions. They were on time. Just a great team, great experience. Will be bringing whole family back for eye check ups.

I went for a general wellness eye exam, I don't wear contacts or glasses. I was told I should have tests and immediately the staff proceeded in administering these extensive tests. Obviously because this was a medicare visit, I was instructed to sign forms although nothing was explained. At the end of the visit I finally saw the doctor and she then explained the results. Although I have medicare (and met the deductible and have a supplementary policy) I was informed I owned them for two services (which were written in on the forms). Immediately after I was given an annual appointment for next year without even asking my availability. NO STARS. Most physicians offices I have been to in SW Florida have been excellent and forthcoming with coordinating insurance and any further responsibility on my end. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for a new ophthalmologist, skip EYES ETC. OPTICAL.

I went to Eyes Etc to use my VSP benefits before years end. I needed clear single vision glasses and wanted them anti reflective and scratch resistant, that's all. The price quoted seemed very high at over $350 for the exam and these glasses. I never spent more than about $150 with my VSP benefits in the past. Unknown to me at the time, they had sold high index lenses. After researching, I do not need this type of lens. These lenses are typically for very strong prescriptions and mine is relatively weak. They cost me an additional $118. They will try to say they explained to me that these were high end lenses and that is why they were so expensive but it wasn't until I spoke with VSP that the term High Index lenses even came up and that was how they were able to up-charge me. VSP was curious as to why I ordered this type of lens to which I told them I did not. I only needed a standard lens. On top of all this, one of the cons of High Index lenses is they are not very scratch resistant, which is one of the things I really wanted out of a lens. Things are not getting cheaper in this world so don't spend your hard earned money here. They will up-charge you on things you do not need and are too expensive even if they don't. There are plenty of other reputable optometrists out there to waste your time with these people. Eyes Etc can call me to go over the bill any time. Now that I understand the bill and what they sold me, I bet they won't.

The entire staff treats you with kindness and respect. They will help you as much as you want/need. It's like you are a family member. Dr. Fowler is professional and friendly. All of the ladies that work there are SUPER nice and of a wide age range. I'm sure you will be able to find one that will understand your taste in frames completely. I LOVE their frame selection. I can see so clearly now. You get what you pay for. Trust your eyes and style to these ladies

I have been going to eyes etc for many years now. I would highly recommend Dr Fowler and her team for your Optometry needs. They offer many services and lots of frames to choose from. Their staff is always very friendly and very helpful.

Very unimpressed with my experience here. *Although the eye exam was sufficient, there was zero information shared concerning test results. *Final prescription was blurry and declined in clarity from the previous one. *$250 price tag for a 2-minute contact fitting is ridiculous after giving them all prior information regarding contact sizes. *Unless you have an excellent vision plan, you will have to skip a month of rent to afford any frames or lenses here. Overall just felt a lot like a 3rd rate car dealership.

Very thorough with exam. Exam covered with Medicare. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Fowler as well as staff explained everything as I was going along. Great selection of glasses to choose from also!

Great service and staff. Didn't take a great deal of time and my glasses were ready ahead of time even though it was a holiday weekend. Would highly recommend.
