ZERO STARS. PLEASE READ. **This place is an absolute joke. They remove all bad reviews. I've seen several reviews after we got seen here for poor customer satisfaction & theft. Funny how they're all gone now.** Anywaaays, my husband came here to get his oakley frames worked on. They were the only ones that accepted his insurance and worked on his expensive frames. Scheduling was fine, we had to wait a week or so which is fine. He got an exam and new lenses with a new prescription and bifocals. The bifocals are very hard to see out of. His lenses with the new prescription- he can barely see out of them. We had to pay over $200 out of pocket for the anti glare, warranty (that they force you to buy) whatever other expenses, plus a written guarantee that his glasses would be done by a certain date- even paid extra for that! Here comes the pickup date, and - go figure - they don't know where his glasses are and when they'll be done. A lot of "I don't knows" and "I'll have my manager call you". Took some very choice words and many call backs later to figure out where the glasses were. We were told by the girl at the front desk "I think the lab was trying to steal them. They don't have them. So your glasses haven't been worked on yet." So we had to wait an ADDITIONAL WEEK AND A HALF for the lab to work on his oakleys after they "found them." We went back and tried the lenses and bifocals, just to be immediately dissatisfied. He couldn't see out of them! It's like they put in the wrong prescription. So I argued with the lady about just putting in my husbands old lenses and told her to get new lenses because this prescription wasn't good at all. She told me "oh I don't have the old lenses. The lab didn't send them back." So once my husband started to complain about the new prescription, she went to "the lab" that was 15 feet away from her and grabbed his old lenses and showed him that she had them.... Literally after telling me she didn't have them. So I asked her "I thought you had to send his glasses OUT TO THE LAB and that you DIDNT HAVE HIS OLD LENSES WITH YOU." She blatantly ignored me. So maybe "the lab" which is in the office 15 feet from the front desk didn't try to steal our $700 frames, this company/employees tried stealing them. I am extremely disgusted by the customer service we had here. The manager is a joke, the girl at the front desk is a joke & "the lab" (the employees there) are thieves. DO NOT COME HERE. I'm sure my review here will get deleted, you can pay a company to remove bad Google reviews, so hopefully someone sees this and doesn't waste their time here.

A little nervous going to my first eye exam in 2 years and all of the staff was amazing! very thorough and explained to me each machine and test and the front desk staff was super helpful helping me pick out my glasses! Would recommend to anyone who needed an eye dr!

Dr. Dalesio sold the practice. He's still there for now, but the practice is nothing like it used to be. The big companies that buy these practices make money from eyewear. The brands that were available and the service that was available when it was a private practice are gone. I understand why so many optometrists are selling, but it doesn't help the consumer. We'll be taking our business to a private practice instead of a large conglomerate. The response to this review obviously comes from the corporation and not the local business proving the point of my review. The business isn't the same! I was, emphasis on was, a patient. They have my contact information!!

Been patient for years and the doctor is awesome however the girl up front with the long dark hair that measures you for your lenses and works up your bill is very unfriendly and rude. Then when you come to pick up your glasses she doesn't even make sure they fit correctly. All she did was hand me the chart, ask me if I can read and says goodbye. Five stars for the doctor and rest of staff- 0 stars for her.

The Dr. is polite and professional. The office staff was efficient and helpful (and they have GREAT hair). This is not a BoGo glasses place, but I feel like you get what you pay for. I have scars on my nose and ear so I was thrilled by the pair she helped me find. Make your appointment now!

This has been the best experience I have had visiting an optometrist. His staff is excellent and caring, they make you feel welcomed and safe. The Dr. is genuinely caring and extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He was patient and took the time to provide me w/ education about my eyes. It was a wonderful experience, I can't thank this office enough for the beautiful work they are doing. Kuddos to you.

My experience with Dr Dalesio was exceptional from start to finish. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. Dr. Dalesio is incredibly respectful, patiently answers all questions, and provides clear explanations. The entire staff is both friendly and professional. Jody guided me through selecting frames, and I ended up choosing a pair of sunglasses I wouldn't have considered on my own. They are stylish, and I've received numerous compliments on them. I highly recommend Dr. Dalesio and his practice.

Having a medical professional you can trust is so important, and I've found just that with Dr. Dalesio. All of his staff are friendly and professional. I'm been seeing him for several years and he always conducts a thorough exam and consultation. I feel very confident in is work and highly recommend him.
