As soon as I walked through the door it was a very welcoming experience. The receptionist was very welcoming and inviting. Honestly I was trying to go to another place but they couldn't fit me in until later in the day then I remembered seeing this place and I decided to drop in to see if they can help me out. Luckily I did. Dr. Grant seen me on the spot and walked me through the whole process. Even he had my exam done twice because he was unhappy with the first results. During the time I was there multiple customers came in and the receptionist and Dr. Grant knew them by first name basis. This place made everyone feel like family. This is my new place to get my Eyewear needs met. The whole experience is a real place of top notch customer experience. Also because I hardly go to that part of fort myers they referred me to a great restaurant to eat lunch which was absolutely amazing. Thank you

I can't begin to explain the expert level of care my three year old granddaughter has received at Grant's. Every time we go in for lens changes, she is showered with love and care. Marshall, who actually makes the glasses has come to our rescue on occasion. The entire staff is wonderful!

You made my holiday! Nothing is worse than when a pair of glasses breaks when you are travelling, especially when you are 5,000 miles away from home. Having tried some of the major retailers of whom had no idea how to fix my frames from the UK, I was fortunate enough to find you all!
Not only was Grant able to fix them but every single person I interacted with provided customer service and a smile.

We have had nothing but a wonderful experience at Grant. We love the hometown, local community, kind of feel where you walk in and they know your name, your child's name, and remember all the details that you spoke about on the phone. With my son getting glasses for the first time, we didn't know where to turn for kids glasses, and they have been highly knowledgeable and so kind and caring every step of the way. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I'd recommend Grant over and over again.
