I waited on the phone tdy to make appt - over 1hr ths morning- but over 1 hr ths afternoon:
My husband eye sight has deteriorated drastically and he has been a patient there.
I decided to go take the actual office- to my DELIGHT the two women there understood how I felt about the poor service. DeAdrian and Simone made me FEEL CARED FOR AND went out of their way to get us to the Dr.

Just showed up for my very important follow up meeting only to be told my doctor is no longer with the practice. Office staff said multiple notices were sent out but while I was there 4 other patients showed up for their appointments. Told go to Naples or find another doctor. Very poor planning. Unhelpful staff. Poorly run practice. Steer clear by all means if at all possible. Handed me a packet and said "good luck." Never been treated like this by medical professionals.

Waited two hours to see doctor! 9:30 apt. Took me T 11:25. My time is as valuable as the next persons! 87 yrs old and had to wait 2 hrs not to nentiion person who took me had to wait also! Very disappointed and upset!!

Worst doctors' office I will never return. The person who did my tests was not friendly and was rude. After waiting 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor I was totally disappointed. He looked over my chart and proceeded to talk to me facing the screen typing the whole time. He finally turned toward me after several questions. Sorry to bother you, doc. It's just my only pair of eyes and I have questions. How do you get away with treating patients like this?

You sure you want hear from me.
1. My time is just as important as the Dr. I don't like the Dr has us wanting on him. This so he can make the most money, per day per hour.
2. Dr chiar side manners is not very nice straight to work. No hello straight to work. He the oh yea I have to look at the computer.
No I will not be back. 2 -3 hrs is to long to wait for a Dr that just treat us like cattle. He needs to look real hard the way he treats people. No he well get no more money from ME!
