I absolutely love Dr. Degler and her staff. They are always so welcoming and helpful. My insurance changed and I thought I'd have to switch providers, and was genuinely upset at the thought of finding someone else. Kristina helped me through that and gave me the best news, that I could stay with them! Dr. Degler is very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. Love this office! Highly recommend them!

I was having an issue with my one eye and I was afraid it was a Retina tear. Heather did her best to get me in as soon as possible the same day and Dr. Degler and Rose, her assistant, were very friendly and efficient with getting me through the exam. I would definitely recommend them for eye care.

I broke my glasses a few days ago and was having a difficult time.
Being a snow bird, I don't have a regular optometrist here in the Alva/Fort Myers area. So I found Riverside Online and called. A wonderful young lady named Heather answered the phone and said come on down. We'll see what we can do to Help you. She was wonderful in getting my glasses put back together so I can live to see another day. Did you see what I just did there? "See" another day! It's a gift! Anyway, Heather was wonderful. Thanks a bunch!
