Saw Dr Rosner today as a 6 month followup to check my eye health after cataract and eye pressure procedures . Dr. Rosner and all the staff were very professionel as usual. My wife and I have both had cataract multifocal lense procedures and I had the upper eyelid procedure with a couple of seperate procedures for eye pressure relief. I am a critical retired golobal quality engineer and she a long optical background, so we did our research and Snead Eye Group was our prefered choice. You will not be dissapointed.

Two months ago I went and got an eye exam from this group very nice office very professional Problem is, they don't provide complete information on your prescription for your eyeglasses. There's an extra charge. This way you have to buy your glasses through them. I was ordering sunglasses that are prescription based and I can't get them filled unless I go in and pay for another exam. I already paid for this service. Why should I pay again?

I was given the wrong bill, which had a charge on it for something I didn't have done. I had already paid for it and they couldn't refund me the money right away once they found out. When I had my eye surgery done both times I don't remember how I got into the wheelchair and I was basically thrown into my car. Literally, my water was thrown on my lap along with some crackers. I had no idea how I got to that point or what had happened. The last time I went in and I was supposed to get drops put in my eyes to dilate, and the doctor did the exam anyways, but my eyes were not dilated. The drops were never put in. I plan on calling the office with these details and don't plan on recommending this place to anyone. The one good thing I will say is the staff was kind and courteous, and the times were prompt

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Dr Coll is great. I'm not great with doctors offices but felt completely comfortable and had zero stress during my visit. I highly recommend this office.

Called about a second opinion for cateract surgery. Told the person on the phone it would be self-pay as I've just been to my primary eye physician therefore I knew Insurance wouldn't pay. Was told the cost would be $250.00 which I agreed and planned to pay the day of appointment. While in the office I was told they wanted to file Insurance, again I stated I was self-pay and was prepared to pay in full. I knew Insurance wasn't going to pay. They insisted that they wanted to file Insurance because they was "sure" it would pay something. Again, they refused my payment the day I was in the office. Today I get a bill for $668.03, mind you this was for a second opinion NOTHING else. Long way from the $250.00 I was quoted on the phone. Lucky for me I was still figuring out how to pay the $12,000.00 for surgery, can only imagine how it would had mysteriously turned into $15,000.00 or more. Needles to say if or when I have the cateract & astigmatism surgery it won't be in this office of liars. Hopefully they'll get my bill straightened out so I can pay what I owe $250.00. Just one more perfect example how people with insurance are ripped off, we pay our premiums, then get charged as in this case more than 2 times the price someone without insurance is charged. Fair & honest, really Kevin? What's fair or honest about being lied to? What is fair & honest is after my experience I wouldn't had expected any other response.

Dr. Coll was very informative with evaluating my post cataract surgery, explaining everything with much detail. She is very kind & professional. In addition, all of the staff I've met are very nice & helpful. I highly recommend the Snead Eye Group.

I really loved how calm and very cordial the doctor was. He explained each step and was very attentive to what my issue was. I definitely love going to this practice. No matter who I've seen, they've all been so professional.

I would highly recommend Snead Group .They were friendly and kind. They were very professional. I had cataract removal on Wed. And Friday. And it was so comfortable and I had no pain afterwards. I would go there in the future for my eye needs.
