We had a fantastic experience with Chris today. From the moment we arrived, the office was organized, efficient, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and professional, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable.
Chris was excellent -- incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. He took the time to carefully explain everything during the exam and made sure all of our questions were answered clearly. We really appreciated that he never made us feel rushed and focused on making sure we understood our eye health and options.
It's clear he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. We left feeling confident in the care we received and very glad we chose this practice. We would absolutely recommend Chris to anyone looking for a skilled and personable eye specialist.

This is a very welcoming office. They have a fantastic staff that greets you with actual smiles and a warm welcome. Almost took me by surprise. I haven't been treated that well in a doctor's office since I was the age when they still passed out candy. They walked me through what they were doing and why. And I have an actual understanding of the issues now. Even with those uncomfortable eye drops, it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend these caring people.

I had an urgent eye issue and needed to be seen quickly. I was seen in less than 24 hours after requesting an appointment. I saw Dr. Crandall. She is great! She immediately knew what was wrong with my eye. She gave me great advice. I felt very comfortable with her and I trusted her advice. Definitely recommend this practice. We are new to this side of the state and I'm already making appointments for my father and my husband.

Today was my first visit (4th shot for wet AMD). I had to change doctors because Tyson Eye was too lazy to accept a change from my insurance provider. The doctor at Eye Associates was much more tinitive and professional than the doctor at Tyson Eye that would just walk into the room, stick the needle in my eye and walk out. My new doctor at Eye Associates took the time, answered my questions. She even explained what was next in my treatment. So far, I would highly recommend Eye Associates
