I broke the temple on my Ann Klein frames. The associate was very helpful with suggestions as it could not be repaired and the same colour frame has been discontinued. I was able to find them from a third party and able to still use the lenses. The associate was so gracious to switch out my frames as a courtesy. Being from out of country I was so grateful for her excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Visionworks.

We both needed glasses but insurance was only covering lenses and we wanted to keep our frames. We worked with Kereell and were able to use our frames and keep the costs down. I had a VERY pleasant experience with "Jenna", who gave me her full attention and artistic eye to help me get 2 pairs of eyeglasses. Jenna even went into drawers, sought out a few specific frames from Mens' and one purplish pair from Kids'... She considered the shape of my face, tone of my skin, silvery hair, and fashion style!!! For the first time in my life, I decided to buy 2 pairs - the "every day" purplish frame and a more "fancy" black and silver frame for myself. Jenna took her time measuring for my lens' Rx placement and spoke of options for my best eyesight and comfort. I have been wearing glasses for about 35 years now, and Jenna was the most thorough, artistic-minded CS technician I ever remember having.
