I had my yearly eye exam here today. Everyone was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I don't have everyone's name. The associate at the desk and the woman who started my exam were great. Dr. Phan completed my exam. She was wonderful. She answered all my questions and was so kind and thorough. It was probably the best experience I've had at a doctor visit in years.

My husband got sand in his eye at the beach a couple days ago and was concerned because his eye was irritated and red. He saw Becky, an optometrist (eye dr), today. He said she was very thorough and found a small piece of sand in one of his eyes. She prescribed some drops to prevent infection/reduce inflammation. The visit was $119 BEFORE insurance (do they practice general medicine, lol?). Very good experience and husband is very relieved he decided to go in and have it checked out.

I received such outstanding service from Jenna and Lester today to replace my broken frames. Lester couldn't find one on the computer's inventory but still both he and Jenna physically looked thru virtually every shelf and drawer until they found one. It was in the very last drawer. The cleanliness of the store was perfect and this store is by far the most organized, well maintained, and clean store I have ever been too. All the equipment and frames are brand new and I was excited to see that even the organization of the glasses frames were organized from most expensive at the top to cheapest as this helps the buyer be able to judge according to their budget as well. The service was well, although I had to wait about 30-40 minutes past my appointment time to get seen it was a relatively quick, informational, and professional visit with the optometrist. The customer service of the salesman, Michael, was thorough and he made sure to review my last purchase to help me make an informed decision on my next purchase. He also helped me in picking the best fitting frame for my face shape for which I thought was very cool and helpful! They helped make the time go by faster and overall I felt very happy with my experience and cannot wait for my contacts and glasses to come in! I have always trusted Visionworks's but not all of them are the same and this one offered by far the top experience!
