This was my first time here. It was recommended to me by my son whose family of 5 goes there. Honestly, I think this is one of the best and most thorough eye exams I've had had in a long, long time.
From the time I called to make an appointment to getting fitted for new specs, every person I spoke with was pleasant and knowledgeable.
The entire area, exam and waiting, was as clean as a whistle. I don't often recommend medical people or practices but based on this experience I highly recommend them.

I've loved Complete Family Eye care since I discovered it a few years ago! All the technicians that I've had have been super friendly & efficient. Absolutely loved Dr Dao, she's personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! Ben, the optician, is truly the best! He's very honest about glasses shape and size when you're sitting down with him and selecting your frames. He's very thoughtful and does not rush! A few years ago Gerald caught the early stages of Retina detachment in my left eye and sent me to a Retina specialist. That specialist was extremely impressed that he caught it so early and told me to "stick with this doctor". Been with them 14 years now

I've been a patient of Complete Family Eye Care for many years and have been very happy with their services. My last visit started well with an exam by Dr Gerald Fisher. I ordered a set of progressive glasses and returned a week later to pick them up. Unfortunately the clarity in the right lens was quite poor. I was told to take the glasses home and allow time for my brain to adjust. I questioned that advice and was told the prescription was based on "what I chose" during the exam with Dr Fisher, implying the poor clarity was my responsibility. I asked if my right prescription could be re-checked and was told to make a new appointment, and presumably pay for another exam. So instead I asked for a refund for the glasses and left, with a questionable prescription and no glasses.

The front desk staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable about insurance. The whole visit was seamless and stress free. All staff seem to work together well. While Dr. Fischer was able to get us in and out in a timely manner, he was also very thorough. He took his time to compare all previous exams with current results. I am very confident trusting my eye health to Complete Family Eye Care.
