Dau Family Eye Care

I had an appointment scheduled for 12:40 PM today. I arrived at 12:45 PM and was told that someone else was being seen during my appointment time. When I asked why, the lady at the front desk told me my appointment was actually at 12:20 PM. I showed them my appointment confirmation, which clearly stated 12:40 PM. Despite this, I was told they could maybe take me around 2:00 PM, which did not work for me at all. This was the only day and time that worked for both me and my daughter, considering the fact that my daughter did not attend school for this. This clinic is a 30 minute drive, so this was a complete waste of time. I ended up leaving extremely frustrated and later spoke with the woman who scheduled my appointment. She admitted it was her mistake for messing up the time. I understand that mistakes happen, but this should not occur in a healthcare setting where patients plan their entire day around appointments. An apology does not fix the inconvenience, the wasted time, or the frustration. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very poor service and unacceptable scheduling errors.

They are amazing. They have a great selection of glasses they work with you and are there for you and the health of your eyes. I recommend them to everyone I know because of how amazing they really are. If you need an eye doctor this is the place you want to go. I love them.

Dr. Balo's thoughtful thoroughness and her staff are at their best in the newer Dau Family office. I'm grateful they were able to fit me in same day on very short notice and are 'above and beyond' meeting my eye care needs. Thank you Steve for maximizing my insurance coverage and expediting my contacts order. Crossing the river isn't a consideration for me with this level of service.

Staff was very pleasant and courteous. The Dr was very thorough for my exam. Was pleased and will let friends know.
