I do not like to leave reviews if I have had unplealant experience with a company. With that be said, I cannot recommend anyone use this MyEyeDr location. The receptionist is completely unprofessional and frankly extremely inappropriately rude and demeaning to both myself and my family. Business should never be conducted in that manner. No matter how professional I stayed, I continued to be engaged in a disrespectful and demeaning way. Please avoid this establishment. Customers deserve better.

I have been discriminated from your 2 front ladies. I'm deaf. I requested for Interpter 2 weeks ago they told need 2 week advance to get Interpter I said sure then Oct 15 my appointment at 1120a and 2 ladies told need they not have no Interpter for me it my responsibility to get Interpter. I'm confused I attended there more than 5 year I alway get Interpter. Then 2 ladies keep talking mouth I not understand what they said I keep said pen and paper to write down. Then I told them that deaf have right and have access for get Interpter for deaf people like me. Then they grab all paper and pen from me and I not finish communication with them. Big rude. And big discrimination to deaf people. You need training 2 ladies properly way to communicate with me. It very rude. I have right to get access to get Interpter from this place. They have been get Interpter for me many time no excuses. You need fix the 2 ladies in front desk. They are very rude n not polite to me. I'm not appreciate it. It against ADA law they should know that. They keep saying excuse all time. Please fix the problem and put deaf name in system so they know to get Interpter. I don't have nothing access for this place. Need fix it.
