I did my research before coming to Lange Eye Care and seen that their company strives themselves in customer service. So, with a friend referral and in good trust, I came to the Gainesville Archer location. I can tell you now, this place does everything but any customer service. The employees at the front desk and floor are all rude and not welcoming at all. The vibes they give off is that you are an annoyance to them and have better things to do than to serve or assist you. I have sat and waited for my appointment and couldn't help but hear about some employees bad mouthing the other employees that were off that day. They talk about Facebook postings, trump trying to make America great again, how their training sucks, and drop F bombs all at the front desk. They roll their eyes after the doctor speaks to them and mumble comments under their breathe. I am baffled at the disorganization and carelessness from the staff members who are out on the floor. You can forget about phone etiquette as well. If they put you on hold, you can forget about them picking back up the phone within 5 minutes. If you want to be treated like you are more than just money bags, I would not recommend this place at all.

Dr. Atkins is an excellent eye Dr who cares about his patients. He is truly a Dr who actually takes that extra step. The staff greets you when you walk in the office, very caring, kind & helpful.

I was when there 10 day ago, the dr. Give me the 10day I drop, so make phone call to refill the person answer the phone its very impolite.
