I recently had cataract surgery in both eyes using the LenSX Laser and the PanOptix multifocal lens with Dr. Zeglam. The entire process from initial exam to surgery was seamless and professional. I am ecstatic at the results! I am very pleased with the team at the office and the surgery center. Dr. Zeglam has a great "bedside manner" while being professional and informative. I highly recommend this office for your Ophthalmic needs.

Did not fix my eye with surgery on the first visit, second visit proceed to make me wait for an hour and a half. Which is fine, I understand that offices are busy late in the day. But then the Doc only sits with me for 2.5 minutes just to refer me somewhere else and still charge me for sitting in a waiting room. Do not recommend.

I can't believe that I hadn't already reviewed Gainesville Eye Physicians. I've been going to see them for years. I have a fairly bad astigmatism with mild double-vision. In addition to regular vision check-ups, they've done a great job of getting my wonky vision corrected.
Not only are they exceptionally competent, but everyone there is just so darned nice. Always wonderful going to see them. "Doctor Z" and his staff are fantastic!

I have had cornea surgery on both my eyes and cataract surgery on both my eyes since April 2025. I have been so impressed by Dr. Z he is such a wonderful surgeon and person that I highly recommend him for anyone that needs any kind of eye surgery. His staff are wonderful, very courteous, very respectful and everyone that works in the surgical part of it are very Patient and caring before you go in for surgery and during surgery. I just can't say enough about this facility and Dr. Z and the staff.
I am very happy with the outcome come of my eyes with no problems or issues after surgery.
