2nd year coming here. Doctor is good but thats it. Ordered contacts and it took over 3 months to arrive the first time. They said 2 weeks. Now its been a month, second time around Such horrible customer service. I wont be back again. I called on Saturday, and the lady hung up when trying to find out the status. Called 3x after but never picked up. The call was made at 2pm.

I had an appointment today at 12pm. I came to my appointment on time. To be told my appointment has been canceled due to not being able to reach me after having the appointment confirmed. I did not receive a call or and miss messages. Randy stated he called me Sat, Sun, and Monday. I have not had a missed called. I have never missed and appointment or been late. I am extremely pissed due to needing my eye exam and glasses. I will not be retuning. Being cancel after confirming an appointment. Then being told they couldn't get a hold of me is beyond a lie. This is extremely a waste of time now having to find someone else pushing me back even more.

I've never had glasses or contacts but recently my vision has gone south. The doctor and employees made an uncomfortable visit welcoming and comfortable again. The doctor is very knowledgeable, patient, and wants to help. She is honest and makes you feel very comfortable about what's going on and takes the time to explain things to you. The ladies in the front work endlessly to help you find glasses you actually like at a good price.

Dr. Patel is nice. However, the staff is sometimes not very kind to me. The woman raised her voice to me a few times about making an appointment. They can also be manipulative in regards to "padding the bill."
Even Dr. Patel was once rude to me. If someone can see with their prescribed glasses, there is no need to get new glasses. Furthermore, if someone can see the lowest line on the eye chart with their prescribed glasses, there is no need for an eye exam. It is all just about money here period!!!

Dr. Patel is excellent with children and we used to have to go back for multiple refitting and headache complaints at other optometry places. Now the glasses are always right the first time. She is amazing. You can also pay off eyewear on your penny's credit card which is a bonus!

I feel the comments on here are unfair. This optical is always very busy and the staff works hard to accommodate everyone, and there is a reason why they have so many customers... because they are affordable and efficient. And the optometrist is very knowledgable and approachable. I never had a problem with an order, except once when my glasses arrived and I could not see correctly with them. They were willing to return them and order new lenses for the glasses without any problems. You also get reward points for retail purchases. Can't beat that!
