Dr. Snodgrass was wonderful! His staff was sensitive to my anxiety, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel completely comfortable with the surgery. Have already recommended him to a friend.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Todd Endicott. Todd has a way of explaining things that is super easy to understand regarding the eyes. I went in for dry and red-eyes as what I thought was a result of radiation I've had previously to the head and neck area due to cancer. I met Todd originally outside the office at another event where I overheard Todd speaking to a small group about cataracts and all sorts of eye surgeries his clinic performs. I found his details and methods of explaining the many procedures fascinating and easy to understand. During my visit I ended up getting a sample of Miebo daily eye drops delivered free from BlinkRX, and I went so far as to get a new prescription and glasses EVEN THOUGH he said my eyes weren't any different from my prescription from 4 years ago. I like the way he thinks, encourages, and educates. I haven't seen this level of healthcare in years. Regarding my dry-eyes, he suggested that I try NOT taking my daily allergy med that I've been taking for 25 years for allergies because my GP thought the red-eyes were from allergies resulting in "red-eye" in the morning. He further suggested I try an OTC mineral oil drop before I go to bed. No antihistamines now, and drops at night, and my dry-eyes are already better after just a couple of weeks of drops and being off the antihistamines. The overnight gel he recommended reduced my overnight dry-eye and the whites of my eyes are white again when I wake up for the first time in 25yrs. The Miebo drops? I carry them for the occasional moisture during the day when needed (mostly when I'm out in the cooler winter wind). UPDATE: I picked up my new glasses with progressive lenses. They are amazing. I don't think I've ever had a lenses that offered such brilliance and clarity. I love em! Thank YOU Todd & North Florida Cataract Specialists! UPDATE: One Year Later, I'm still doing the Miebo drops as Todd told me to do. I still receive the drops "free-no charge-not even the deductible" because of the Clinic's coupon he provided to BCBS. My eyes are totally white in the morning and all day. Thanks again Dr. Todd and North Florida Cataract Specialists!

I read the prior negative reviews so I was expecting delays and unfriendly staff. To my pleasant surprise everyone was both friendly and professional. I was seen in a timely manner and and my cataract surgery was scheduled the next week. All my questions were answered clearly and fully. My insurance options were clearly explained which made my choices easy to make. I have had surgery on one eye so far and it was painless and very effective. I would highly recommend this medical group.

Buyer beware. Fraudulently billed $5400 out of pocket for laser cataract surgery claiming Medicare does not cover laser surgery, yet my Medicare was billed almost $20,000 for my laser cataract surgery. Request for reimbursement denied, billing person "too bad, that is what you agreed to."

Whether they're busy and packed with people or very few, it still takes an hour or more just to get placed into their second waiting area. They have to work on time management as others like myself still need to get back to work. It shows a lack of care for people's time. And unfortunately have to find a different office that respects people's time. And they need to work on biohazard training for their employees. Finally get to sit down to wait even longer in the room and find a used swab Hour and a half is way too long for a follow up. Zero stars if I could!

Called 6 times to the optical dept...if you can call it that...to try and replace a pair of Vuarnets purchased there...but, no call back. Worked out perfectly as I found a true optical shop and business that actually answered their phone in Maitland...and to the gentleman who thought they were hospitable for his cataract surgery consultation...they are always nice before your insurance or you write them a check!let's see how well you are treated afterwards...also be cognizant of why there is such a time gap in their reviews...obviously, it appears they did not want them posted due to realistic patient experiences conveyed.

I would give lower stars if I could but unfortunately 1 star is all I can do. This was one of the worst doctor's offices I have ever been to. I showed up to my early morning appointment around 5 minutes early, it took me about 50 minutes to be taken to a room. The older nurse who got my initial information was INCREDIBLY rude, as if I was the one who was an hour late. She proceeded to be extremely rude to me (smirking and rolling her eyes?) and dismissive about my current glasses prescription, and acted like it was an inconvenience just to speak to me. She then dilated my eyes without any warning, and left me in an extremely bright hallway with no explanation or glasses to wear. I have never had an eye exam before, so this was pretty jarring and uncomfortable. I can't even imagine what it would've felt like if I hadn't had someone with me. We then waited ANOTHER hour to be taken to an exam room, then waited another 45 minutes for the doctor to come in. The doctor made no effort to understand why I was there in the first place, the vision symptoms I'd been experiencing, and he and all assisting staff acted as if I was a great inconvenience to them once again. Do NOT go to this place if you can help it. If you do, be prepared to meet the rudest staff members you'll find at a doctor's office. I can't imagine ever treating my clients like this. To top it all off, I received one of the largest bills for an exam I've ever had, all for the most useless appointment I've ever experienced. Seriously, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

It is currently 4:40. I'm sitting in the waiting room for my 3:20 appointment. This is the fourth time I've been here. Each time I've had to wait for a long time. It's hard for me to believe with today's technology that they don't have a system to alert you on how far behind the doctor is. I could have worked an extra hour. Time is money. The place that I get my haircut, great clips, even has a system that notifies me how long of a wait there is. All I have to do is look at an app and I know where I stand. It is just such an arrogant attitude. I wish there was something I could do besides write a negative review. I would gladly go elsewhere, but I'm sure it's the same way somewhere else. all that being said, Once you do get seen, they are very nice and do a great job.
