Front staff were amazing, however I was not aware I would not be seeing a Dr. or that it was a virtual exam. The virtual visit provider introduced themselves as a technician. She was not patient at all. I'm not confident my prescription will be accurate due to my eyes not having time to adjust bc I felt so rushed and that she was annoyed when I took too long. I think for quick fixes like needing a new pair of glasses fast it would be a great place to go. It's definitely not for folks needing an in depth exam or with a complex prescription.

I received a call from this optical center regarding my eye health and a referral to a specialist. The woman who called assured me she'd take care of the scheduling with their preferred provider and reach back out with appointment information. I waited a few days and called back to follow up because the issue was serious, only to learn they closed out my referral the day she called because "they have to close things out before they leave every day". If that's your store policy, cool, but not notifying the patient of a - the policy and b- something being closed out so the patient can then continue with follow up seems negligent, at best. I would not recommend others here based on this alone - because again - communication is important. I'd have never known of my referral being closed had I not followed up, and meanwhile I'm over here risking my eye health waiting on their incompetent staff to do the simple customer service thing of communicating.

My experience here was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in making sure I found the right glasses. I've seen some of the negative reviews, but I believe many come from people who may not have the patience to appreciate the care and attention these employees put into their work. This is not a rushed, robotic process -- it's personalized service, and that's exactly why I'll continue to come here.
UPDATE: I had a another fantastic experience at Stanton Optical getting new lenses for my glasses. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my visit. Arianna greeted me with such welcoming and amazing energy, while Josh was incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout the process of making sure my new lenses were perfect. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service!

Our puppy chewed my daughters glasses, and she is nearly blind without them, so her basketball game this weekend would proveto be more than difficult... we were desperate, and thank God for Kendrick at Stanton! I was willing to wait till the next day being that we came only 40 mins before closing, but Kendrick started cutting the lenses immediately and got them fitted and us out the door with 10 mins to spare. Thank you so much! This weekends 3 point shot goes to you!

The deal they have for frames is great! But that's not what I want to focus on. Kendrick helped my mom and I make sure our glasses fit properly and I mentioned that sometimes my glasses slide down my nose while working. He opened up his personal backpack and gave my mom and I these little black things that go on the ends of the lenses and wrap around your ears to keep them on and in place! I didn't know these things existed and it was SO sweet of him to help us out and give us something from his personal belongings. He went above in beyond. Thank you Kendrick!!
