Not where you want to go! After checking in I was directed to the checkout/payment window to prepay for my appointment since I do not have insurance and am self pay. You would think that they would want patients like me but after waiting more than an hour for my appointment I asked if there was a problem and was told I would be seen soon. 30 minutes later I was finally called and taken into an exam room where the tech told me that I had never been properly checked in which is why I had not been called back sooner. I then asked if he had the records sent from my regular opthalmologist which had important information about my problem and he could not find them. I was left to wait again and at the two hour mark I decided I had had enough and went on my own to the checkout desk and said I wanted to cancel the appointment and get a refund. I was told I would have to wait again to see a manager! When I finally saw the manager she had trouble doing the refund so I had no confirmation that it was done however she told me I would get an email confirming the refund. It is now 24 hours later and I have seen nothing.

I've been coming to the Eye Center for many years. I've never had a long wait to be seen which I really appreciate. They do a very thorough examination of my eyes and my Dr. Is very knowledgeable . Highly recommend!

Got my lady in very quickly as an emergency case, absolutely wonderful staff! Especially Mr. Harris at the front desk and Dr. Jon Hammer as well! Thank you very much gentlemen!!!

Maybe longer waits than you're used to; but, very much worth the value of care!!!!!
