Warby Parker Butler Town Center

The staff here are amazing! Came as a walk-in for an eye exam while my wife was shopping and got right in. The exam uses the latest tech for tests and imaging. The technician was super friendly and helpful. When I finished, they had already curated some style selections, and made me feel at home as I tried on glasses I found around the store. I've always bought my glasses online for the value, but this was a treat. Warby Parker has hit a home run with their in-house styles, online business, and now brick and mortar stores! Ultimately I couldn't decide on which pair, so I came home and continued shopping online. They had already uploaded my prescription so I'm ready to go. Super cool setup... I highly recommend and will be back!

The service I received at Warby Parker was excellent! Choosing frames was so hard because there are so many good choices, I felt the individual helping me took into consideration the type of lens I needed (progressives) and my facial features to help me select the best pair. The technician was also extremely friendly when measuring PD and other factors to customize my frame. She asked me about my needs with the progressive to make sure the lens is aligned with what I need. I highly recommend WP!

Super friendly, helpful team! I ordered my glasses online and needed help measuring my Pupil Distance. They ended up measuring a few times to make sure it would be perfect and explained to me how it works. We re-did my order and they helped me make informed decisions. My old glasses broke while I was in the store and they were so kind to fix them. 10/10 recommend visiting the store.

I've been a Warby Parker fan for a very long time. I was so happy to finally learn that they opened an office in Gainesville. I went because I needed a second opinion regarding my prescription, and the blurriness that I was experiencing in my sight. The scheduling was very easy, efficient, convenient, the staff was kind, and the doctor very excellent and patient. I really liked my care and I love that they are making glasses affordable for all. :)

We had a wonderful experience! Megan did a great job from the moment we walked into the store until we left! She was helpful and patient during the exam, explaining everything perfectly! When the exam was over, she had preselected glasses sitting out for us to look at. The experience was great because of Megan!

This was my second time ordering from Warby Parker, but my first time in a store. The associates there were all so helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. I came in with the intention of buying two new pairs of glasses, but I also brought in my older WP pair to be repaired because a screw had gotten loose. No questions asked, they repaired my old pair while I shopped for my new pairs. The associate who helped me (I'm sorry I can't remember their name) was really bubbly, and I loved trying things out with them. One of the reasons that I wanted a store experience was because I specifically wanted second opinions about whether something looked good and to have a sounding board about my thoughts. They definitely took in my opinions and directions about what I wanted (I wanted gold hardware so they nixed all the silver, I didn't want sunglasses so they didn't show me those options, etc etc) The associate was that and more and they picked both pairs that I ended up going with. I haven't received my order yet, but I was so happy with the in-store experience and wanted to highlight that.

The test went comfortably and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. After the test, one of the associates had glasses picked out that I might like.. I wasn't expecting that- she should be a personal stylist- she picked out exactly the glasses I would have picked for myself and I chose the first pair I tried on. Seriously, they're doing amazing in their work over there

I had such a great experience here today! My old glasses, which I wore for 10 years, broke, and I was hoping to find something similar. I told them I was mainly looking for something lightweight. The person who helped me was super friendly and gave me the first pair to try on. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but it looked great on me, and I ended up buying it! They were really helpful throughout the whole process, and I'm so glad I decided to come here. Highly recommend checking this place out! Updated: I ordered my glasses on Monday, 1/27, and they originally said they'd arrive by 2/10, which was too long for me. So, I paid an extra $25 to get them sooner, with an estimated delivery of 2/4. But to my surprise, they showed up today, 1/29--just 2 days after I ordered!
