This is my second annual visit with clear view eye care. Great customer service very friendly staff from front staff to the Dr and the staff helping you choose the prescription glass. Lola assisted me pick my glass and she explained everything in detail and waited patiently when I try a bunch of different frames, and she did amazing. I brought my husband and my kids after my first visit they are always wonderful. Easy to schedule appointment.

Dr. Harrelson and the whole office are the most caring, positive and professional staff I have ever met. I had an issue with my insurance, they took their time to investigate and validate my insurance, suggest the best frames and type of glasses for me. I had a eye exam today and fitting for new eyeglasses. Everyone is professional and very friendly. They have a nice assortment of glasses to choose from. I found a pair right away that is just perfect for me. If you're looking for a doctors office that has more of a family feel and a doctor that recognizes you when you walk in, this is the place to go instead of a large chain and yes they participate in insurance. It was my first visit to Clearview Eye Care. I arrived with a new prescription for glasses. I inrlteracted with three staff members and they were each willing to help me with the glasses. First, they were considerate of me as a new patient, second, they were professional. I was comfortable during my time in the office. Why was their collective positive attitudes both noticed by me and important to me-I am a slightly feeble 90 year old individual with a cane. Believe me, you I do not always receive such enjoyable service. Thank you for your kindness ClearView.
