I don't have the words to express the gratitude that we have for Dr Gulani and what he did for my husband. We came from Ohio to see Dr Gulani because my husband had been turned away from three surgeons in Ohio because of the extensive trauma to his eyes, they did not want to do the surgery. And by the grace of God, I found Dr. Giuliani's website and read all the reviews and set up a teleconference. As soon as we talked to Dr Gulani on the phone, he gave us hope and he was so confident that he could help my husband. He told my husband to go live life that he's got this and not to worry. So we set up the surgery for January 7, 2026. We arrived in Jacksonville on the 5th of January for the original consult. Walking in the door we knew we had made the right decision because within minutes Dr Gulani came out and introduced himself. The compassion, intelligence and the confidence of Dr Gulani is unmatched. My husband's surgery Corneoplastique, and Sparkling technique went very well and he has hope again and has a future with good vision. Dr Gulani himself spent so much time with us explaining the procedures he was going to preform, he made us feel like family! The staff is amazing and truly Gulani Angels. The Gulani Vision Institute itself is amazing and it's totally Dr Gulani and his vision and his personality which is bigger than life. They made us feel like family throughout the whole process. My husband just got Gulani vision! it has been a 10 year journey trying to improve his vision. Many doctors turned him away said they couldn't help him. after research, Don found Dr. Gulani, in Jacksonville, Florida. We made the trip in 2012. when we walked in, I was surprised to see only two people in the waiting room. As opposed to 10 to 12 we're used to seeing at other doctors. dr. Gulani came out and introduced himself! his staff is very professional and attentive. Explained all procedures with clarity. in all my years, I've never seen a doctor that cared so much for his patience and their success of good vision. not only is he a gifted surgeon, but a caring human being. we feel like family at Gulani eye Institute. I know he speaks all around the world. Why aren't other doctors catching on? We are so grateful for Dr. Gulani and his staff, and wish them all the best.

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Gulani and his staff. My name is Matt and I am a police officer. In May 2022, I underwent LASIK procedures on both eyes to improve my vision and eliminate the need for glasses. As a police officer, I frequently encountered challenges related to fogging glasses, which impacted visibility and safety during traffic stops. After consulting what was considered a leading LASIK institution in Indiana and completing all necessary evaluations, I was deemed an appropriate candidate for the procedure, which proceeded successfully a month later. For the first year, my vision appeared satisfactory. However, in July 2023, following a significant work-related injury, I noticed considerable blurriness in my right eye during a routine vision test required for my driver's license renewal. Concerned, I contacted the LASIK facility, which advised me to seek further evaluation from my eye doctor. My eye doctor determined that my left eye remained healthy but was unable to accurately measure my right eye. Subsequent tests led to a diagnosis of post-LASIK ectasia in the right eye--a complication about which I was initially uninformed. I was then referred to an ophthalmologist specialist at Price Vision Group in Indianapolis, where numerous tests were conducted. During this process, I was presented information regarding corneal transplants before even seeing the doctor. The specialist spent a brief period evaluating my condition and recommended experimental corneal cross-linking for my right eye, as well as the possibility of a future corneal transplant should my condition deteriorate. At the time, the options presented left me discouraged, feeling unsupported and apprehensive. Seeking further assistance, I researched complex corneal cases and found the Gulani Vision Institute. After submitting my scans, I scheduled a phone consultation with Dr. Gulani, who spent more than forty minutes discussing my case thoroughly and answering all my questions. His confidence in being able to help restore my vision persuaded me to schedule an appointment at his institute. My wife and I traveled from Indianapolis to Jacksonville, Florida, for my initial visit. Dr. Gulani and his staff welcomed us warmly and performed comprehensive diagnostic testing. Further examination revealed my right eye had severe post-LASIK ectasia (20/80 vision), while my left eye remained at 20/20. Dr. Gulani identified refractive potential in my right eye and recommended a customized Lazer Plastique surgery, followed by cross-linking in my left eye to stabilize its current vision. All procedures were performed with minimal discomfort and without blades. Following surgery, my vision improved significantly, with my right eye achieving 20/20 distance vision and 20/25 near vision. Follow-up visits confirmed stability, and additional cross-linking procedures were performed as planned, each with thorough pre- and post-operative care from Dr. Gulani and his team. In conclusion, I encourage anyone facing complex ocular challenges to continue advocating for their vision. My son Harsh his left eye almost blind and his right eye as well poor vision and Dr. Gulani did surgery and now he is watching whole world very well..Dr. Gulani he is GOD for us. I came from Montreal Canada to see Dr. Gulani for his dry eye MOIST treatment and a pinguecula surgery. I am extremely happy with my results and my eyes feel amazing even after the first day. I would not hesitate to return as he is the most attentive and kind doctor I have been to.

I had a very negative experience with this LASIK office. I was charged a $295 consultation/visit fee, and I canceled the appointment before the visit took place. Despite canceling in advance, the office refused to refund the $295, claiming the fee was "non-refundable." This so-called non-refundable policy was never clearly disclosed at the time of scheduling or payment. After requesting the refund, I was given the runaround instead of a straightforward resolution, which only added stress and frustration. Referring to or treating patients as "needy" because they use a credit card , I was made to feel judged and dismissed, as if using a credit card somehow made me less worthy of basic respect or fair treatment. The tone and attitude were condescending and unprofessional. Healthcare should never make patients feel shamed or looked down on because of how they choose to pay. This office's behavior gave the impression that they only value patients who can pay large amounts upfront without question. What made this more disappointing is that most LASIK surgeons in Jacksonville offer free consultations, yet this office charges a high upfront fee and then keeps it even when no service is provided. The entire experience felt more focused on collecting money than on patient care or transparency. I am sharing this to warn others: ask for all fees and cancellation policies in writing before booking, or consider choosing one of the many LASIK providers in Jacksonville that offer free, transparent consultation

I have loved my experience with Dr. Gulani and his staff. Normally, I hate doctors and doctor's offices and because of that, I've taken a dive into natural healing, becoming an HHP in 2018. However, visiting Dr. Gulani I soon discovered how fun doctor visits can be. He not only cares for each of his patients, we become family. He is always digging for the source, the root to the problem, and gets to the bottom. Not only is he thorough, he's also the best and most fun doctor I have ever met.
