Vision Today - Regency

Went in based on the experience my wife had getting new lenses for her glasses there last year. Started with the eye exam, ran through all of the "better 1 or 2?" But with a digital/robotic system. Much more efficient and accurate I feel. Dr. Esack was great, she talked me through what she found and or didn't find with the exam then brought me out to the eye wear specialist on the floor. The woman that helped me, VinQuaya, was fantastic. She gave and a quick rundown of the frames and what would be the "best bang for the buck". She left to my devices for a while to look at frames. She gave me some frame prices when asked but she was instrumental in choosing a frame. I just couldn't make up my mind. On top of being the deciding factor she walked me through all of my lease options. After getting the amazing total price, I was told to expect a text in a week to 10 days. This was the absolute easiest, smoothest and, friendliest glasses or any purchasing endeavor that I've ever had to deal with. I will be back again.

Vision Today-Town Center This was an awesome experience. I highly recommend this office for your next eye exam experience. It was very welcoming and the experience did not feel like an eye exam. The selection of glasses was unlimited and I love the decor of the office. Starting with the doctors and all of wonderful ladies that greet you when you walk in. It as great! Everyone was just very customer service driven, attentive to the customer needs, no pressure, knowledgeable and family driven. There was lots of calmness and patience. Taylor assisted my husband for glasses and she did not disappoint at all. She was very attentive, patient and cared about us as customers.Taylor went above and beyond to assist and answered all of our questions. You ROCK Taylor and thank you so much for everything! My husband loves his glasses. The customers are their top priority and you just feel so welcomed. The doctor was very thorough with details, the ladies at the front desk are AWESOME and Taylor you truly ROCK!! You guys were great and thank you for your kindness.

Dr. Dobleo is always professional, and takes good care of my wife and me. We were originally seeing her yearly at the St. Johns location, but followed her to the Atlantic beach location. Both have fantastic optometrist and employees. We will continue giving them our business as the years come!

Everyone were very nice and helpful . Nice and easy had my eye exam and got my glasses in about an hour . Recommend this place to everyone . Thanks for great service.

I had an excellent experience at Vision Today's Regency location for a red eye exam. Scheduling online was simple, and when I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. They were professional and friendly as they took me to the exam room, and the doctor was kind, thorough, and explained everything clearly. After the exam they quickly wrapped up my paperwork, and the whole visit was smooth and efficient. The waiting area was calm, clean, and welcoming. I'm very happy with the care I received and highly recommend this practice!

My first time coming back in a couple of years and I came back to an entire new staff. For starters, the upgrade to the place looks amazing. Secondly, the receptionists were amazing and so sweet to me. I was a little nervous before my appointment, but they assured me that everything would go great & it did! The gentleman whose name I forgot that did my first eye test/brought me back to the room, was so sweet and funny. Dr.Esack is THE BEST! During my visit she was extremely patient with me & also took the time explaining things to me in a way I would understand. She understood my all of my needs/wants! My salesgirl was so amazing. I hate that I can't remember her name, but she was so sweet and helped me pick out my brand new frames that i'm so excited for!!! Overall, i'm happy with my experience and the new staff.
