America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Impressed. Dr. Mujeeb did a great job. He cared. He was concerned about a change in my left eye. My previous doctors who diagnosed the condition told me I was not yet ready for the needed treatment. They wanted to monitor the situation, but it's been two years. Dr. M then asked me if the previous doctors had ever mentioned the other available solution. I said no. His face fell in disappointment and irritation because he realized my previous doctors failed to monitor the situation more closely, and now it has advanced. Dr M immediately referred me to a specialist. Thankfully we caught it in time. I appreciated his sense of urgency. Otherwise, I would have never understood the serious nature of the condition nor the lackadaisical approach my previous eye doctors took with me. I highly recommend this place.

What a terrible experience. If I could give this less then one star I would. My 9 year old daughter had a 5:30 p.m. appointment and we were 5 minutes late due to traffic and they would not see her. I received a text stating they even canceled the appointment at 5:33 p.m. on their own almost right as i walked inside. They had so many excuses and BS answers it was ridiculous. Only for 5 minutes of being late. What Dr do you know that sees you right on time that they couldn't allow a 5 minute delay. And they were so rude. I do not recommend this Amercas Best find a different one.

I went to this location today because of my glasses being broken. They told me that it was unrepairable and that I had already used my warranty. So I said to them what other options do I have because I really like those glasses and would like to have it repaired or replaced. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that they could find a pair similar to the one I already had. They did. They remove the lens from my previous pair and put it in a new solid black color frame. The design of the glasses are very chic and magnetic meaning that I could get a different color clip on frames to make my glasses stylish. They were gonna be about $100 but since I have discount program, it ended up being $80. I think I was there for no more than 15 to 20 minutes. This will always be my go to Location

When I came 3 years ago the staff was excellent and had awesome customer service. I returned to American Best eye Office and there are new faces, however the awesome customer service was the best service I had back then as well. The staff deserves recognition. Thank you American's Best once again. I will letting people know about your office. Awilda

I had a horrible experience at this location!!! I called on Monday to make an appointment for my eye exam, they booked my appointment for Thursday at 5:30 pm. I get out of work earlier than usual i get there at 4:50 when i get there go check in they tell me i don't have an appointment. When i check my email they had canceled my appointment but i didn't receive a call or text. Amanda i believe is her name didn't care to even ask me if i wanted to still be seen she was saying there was only availability tomorrow. I go to another America's best location and they were AMAZING!! Took me right away w no hesitation and same day when the girl was FORCING another day. And that's sad!!!! I have to wear my glasses everyday and it's frustrating to have to keep waiting longer to be seen to get my glasses, also i was self pay i wasn't using insurance. When i called after i was told to only speak Spanish bc whoever answered didn't speak English. Thankfully im bilingual so i was able to talk to her but thats very unprofessional. Don't even waste your time here the staff is trashhh and so is their service.

I was told there is a 10 minute grace period and even though I said I would be arriving at that time I was told I would have to be rescheduled. I'm done with America's best because I had an appointment at another location took PTO to be able to get there and they canceled it on me so I made one at this location and had to get there and now they won't even take me even though I wasn't going to be late. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Got 2 pairs of glasses and they set me up with contact lenses which I've been horrified to try, but Amnerys guided me through the process! I left confidently knowing how to insert and remove them.

Got here appointment was prompt and fast but then trying to get someone to get the glasses and payment took forever. Whole staff walked around and chatted with each other. Love American best but this place is the worst
