"I had a great experience at this clinic today. The medical team and the staff are professional, welcoming, and very helpful. I am truly grateful for the care I received. The only thing that would make this clinic perfect is providing a translation service over the phone. If they had this service, they would definitely deserve a 5-star plus rating! Wow, difficult to see anything negative because everything is very beautiful especially those girls very beautiful people they attend the customers or the patient very well. They know how to take care of one. They talk to. They have excellent communication positive atmosphere I recommend anybody especially those doctors.

This was such a pleasant experience. Funny my primary originally referred me to a different provider that I could've probably walked to from my home, but the reviews made it seem like that their staff was just not friendly at all so I had my doctor switched me to this clinic so thankful I did.

Doctor Parks is nice and a good doctor
But there are problems with the clinic...
A customer service lady there "Yani" gave me a very bad attitude and service. And I was not disrespectful to her.
Also, the clinic is way overbooked and other doctors can rush you because they are soo busy
After waiting 21 minutes in the phone for an answer, now they told me doctor Patino don't have an appointment available in the morning till September? Its February, i can't wait 7 months for contact lenses fitting ... Way overbooked.. in general some of the staff are super nice but with those wait times and rushing moments from some too busy personnel, I can't recommend this place like that
Again, Doctor Parks is very good, it's just that the clinic is too crowded/overbooked

The staff here is very professional, especially Ashley and Dr. Alvaro Patino. They gave me a very thorough check up with consideration to my diabetic outlook. Luis in the store was professional and It has a nice demeanor dealing with the patients. He is a considerable great closer of the deal at the end of a wonderful day of many patient, friendly and very professional people. I look forward to my annual visit here

They would rather reschedule than file insurance first for PPO and see what they are supposed to be paid. Most rude experience I have ever had. They really don't care how they treat people. Don't ask me about them. I have nothing good to say. I was in a traffics accident as well as got stuck at work and they were going to charge $50. It was this office in Kissimmee. They are next to Disney for god sakes. They don't care what people have lived through or show any compassion. None.The girl at the front desk is more concern med over $14 and was going to make me reschedule which I had already done once before caring 1 bit about my eye. I will never set foot in that evil dungeon as long as I live. I'll go to Altomknte Springs

I always felt welcomed, and their service was second to none, even with the high volume they were experiencing due to the end of the year. They were always friendly, efficient, and very courteous.
