I've been going to Eyedeal since they opened 30 years ago. They're wonderful! All the staff at Eyedeal are very nice. Dr Bryan gives an excellent exam, is very professional and knowledgeable, and he's gentle and kind. The owner, Tom, is awesome and so helpful. I recently went there because of a problem that I was having with an eye. I was in a lot of pain. They took fantastic care of me and solved the issue quickly. I'm very grateful!

The doctor was excellent and the staff was profesional and very kind. I had an issue with my transportation and a young lady went above and beyond to help me secure transportation to return home. I am truly impressed with the professional and kindness of the entire staff.

Dr. Roberts took the time to ensure my dad received the best possible care. He clearly explained the prescriptions and recommendations, and answered all of our questions. The staff was kind and professional. One small suggestion: the baseboards could use a fresh coat of paint.

Diana was amazing! She was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and made the whole process quick and easy. Great customer service--I highly recommend asking for her!

I had a wonderful and great experience at Eyedeal Optical. I went there for the first time and everyone was very nice and helpful, especially with getting eye frames. Prices are reasonable and costs are explained thoroughly. Dr. Robert's was wonderful, and very professional and took his time and explained everything wonderfully. It's a nice place and the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The only thing I have to mention is that I had an appointment and even received a confirmation text, which I replied to. But on the day of the appointment, I couldn't be seen because I didn't answer my phone."

This place urgently needs better management and proper training on how to treat staff with basic respect. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this optical store. While I was waiting, I witnessed a staff member being treated very poorly by management. The situation became so stressful that the employee ended up having a breakdown and left mid-shift. Seeing something like that in a place that's supposed to focus on customer care was honestly shocking. On top of that, this business does not offer refunds under any circumstances, even when the mistake is clearly theirs. If something goes wrong, you're basically left without a solution and out of your money. That's unacceptable for a place dealing with something as important as eye care. There's also something about the way they handle vision insurance that felt really questionable (I can't state anything as fact, but the whole thing feels far from transparent). Please do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else, thank me later.

Super friendly staff! The front office staff were very accommodating and explain everything in detail. Very friendly with the initial testing. Made my daughter feel very comfortable. The doctor was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. He took time to answer all the questions my daughter had. We will definitely go back for our next exam.
