Subject: Concern Regarding Appointment and Payment Experience at Your Office Dear ,Celebration Eye center. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns following my recent experience scheduling and attending an eye exam at your office. After months of coordination due to my work schedule, I was finally able to book an appointment through your website. Unfortunately, just one week before my scheduled visit, I was informed that none of the doctors would be available and my appointment had to be rescheduled. While I understand the need for staff vacations, this change caused significant inconvenience. On the day of my appointment, I arrived an hour early. When I attempted to pay, my card was declined at the gas station earlier, so I offered to pay $10 in quarters, which are still valid currency. However, the front desk representative refused to accept my coin payment. I believe some additional customer service training could be beneficial here, as refusing payment simply because of the form it takes seems unreasonable. In my own business, I serve many customers who pay in cash and have no bank cards, and I never deny service based on that. I felt that denying me the eye exam for this reason was unfair and disappointing. I hope that you will consider this feedback to improve your client experience moving forward. If I could I would give it 2.5 stars. 5 stars out of 5 for the job itself. They are wonderful people. 0 out of 5 stars for trying to get in contact with them. You'd think to call and make an appointment. Something you've been able to do for decades at any other business. Well it would take an act of war to get this business to answer the phone. Want to leave a voicemail? Good luck the inbox is full. It's actually funny how poorly this is set up for a customer standpoint. They say they'll call in you in 10-12 business days about your glasses when they will be ready. Well a month and a half later of calling them(and failing to get an answer or a response) I went in myself and behold! They were there, just waiting for me to pick them up. Nobody ever thought to ring me. It's a joke. The practice itself is great. But the overall experience is so painfully bad it makes you want to take your business elsewhere.

It was my first time visiting to get my eye wellness exam. All the front desk staff were professional and kind! Sonia was a great help during my diagnostic test. Very warm and friendly. Dr. Margaret Grand was also excellent. When sharing my medical history, she didn't hesitate to make suggestions to encourage preventative care. Very happy to add her and everyone on the staff to my medical care team!

Celebration Eye Care deserves 10 stars! Dr. Carina is the best! Extremely knowledgeable and performs a very thorough and comprehensive eye exam. Took time to answer questions and explain her findings. The office is clean, staff is proficient and adhere to scheduled appointment times. Totally professional and truly care about you (and the health of your eyes).

The front desk staff spoke to me horribly. I was using vision insurance and they weren't charging me correctly according to what my insurance benefits are. I explained to them and showed proof of my benefits and they still argued and belittled me in the office. I called my insurance and had them speak to the office on speaker and explain my benefits. They had me pay the copay for my glasses exam and told me to leave. I received a bill for the contact lenses exam where again my benefits were not used correctly. I called and left a voicemail and was called back a few hours later. The lady on the phone was so incredibly rude to me and when I would try to speak at all she would get louder and not let me speak. I finally was able to speak and she again belittled and yelled over the phone. She gave me to someone else in the office who she called an expert on my insurance. He was telling me what I was saying was false. I had him read verbatim what he saw on his end my benefits were and caught him where it stated I do get that benefit. He said he would have to "double check" and "find out" and hung up. Needless to say I will not be back. It's sad because both the lady who did the eye checks before the doctor and the doctor were both very nice. Just sad front desk staff are so rude and belittling when using insurance benefits.

Dr. Grand is amazing, she's personable and explains everything she's doing! The team that helped me with my contacts and lenses are superstars and not only gave me the options but worked to find the most cost effective solution as well. and before i forget to mention it, you cannot get a more kind and peaceful environment!

I recently had an eye exam and glasses. It has been awhile since I have worn glasses and never bifocals. I thought I needed an adjustment period. I came to the conclusion the prescription was not correct. I called 5 times and the phone was never answered and was sent to voicemail and none of my calls were returned. I decided to just go in and was told there would be no refund because they were custom. All glasses are custom. I am out $410 and will have to go some place else and spend more money. I will NEVER go back there.

I had a wonderful first time experience at Celebration Eye Care. I was treated with courtesy and kindness by every single member of the eye care team. The front desk receptionist was so helpful and sweet. She had to help me with some insurance inquiries when I first contacted the office and she was patient and returned my call quickly and professionally. Sonya was amazing with all of my pre-exam testing procedures. She explained everything well and was extremely pleasant. The eye glass technician that I worked with to fit and purchase glasses was patient and kind and extremely helpful in explaining my benefits and how everything works with the glasses and lenses. And finally, Dr. Grand was amazing. I had some questions about some recent issues I was having and she took so much time with me to explain everything in detail, do all the required testing and made me feel at ease the entire visit. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and I left the appointment feeling like I got exceptional care. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful eye care team. I would highly recommend Dr. Grand and her practice to anyone needing eye care.
