After a very negative experience at the Florida Retina Institute, I was anxious about continuing my son's care. But our appointment today with Dr. Randolph at Central Florida Retina was the best experience we've ever had. He was calm, thorough, and spoke directly to my son with kindness and respect. He explained everything clearly, took time to answer every question, and gave us a thoughtful plan moving forward. For the first time, we left feeling reassured, informed, and truly cared for. Because this provider is not in Polk county. He is not covered by my insurance. However, I went there anyway and he gave me a very fair price. I am talking about a wonderful, wonderful doctor. John Randolph. I went to him for 7 years and would be going to him the rest of my life. If he was covered and not so far away. Actually I would go the almost 20 miles to him if he was at least covered for my shots. I go to the doctor that he recommended that is covered and only a mile away. Since I have to be driven back by someone else. I highly highly recommend Dr. John Randolph in central Florida retina.
