Amazing customer service! I had such a horrible experience at optical outlets earlier in the day for trying on frames with my mask off and I just walked out and I am so glad i did! The service and kindness I received here was phenomenal. Thank you to all the kind staff for getting me in as soon as possible and for being so kind and answering all my questions without feeling annoyed. You all were so busy with others but that did not stop you from acknowledging me and making me feel comfortable. Again thank you especially Melissa, Daysi and the other wonderful staff!
