Dr. Esperanza....Sorry, you don't have to have that lady on the front desk. You make an appointment for 3:40, and you get there at 3:38, and they close the door in your face practically. Could not be received, because they were already close. She didn't even ask the doctor Esperanza, she just say that I couldn't come in. So my daughter couldn't get her eyes checked. Thanks!! It's not the first time that lady is rude to your customers, I have seen her manners. You Dr. Esperanza, have seen my family for 6 years now, you are an excellent person and I love how you treated my kids, so professional. Not going anymore, rather go to lenscrafter. I was so powerless, just flee with my daughter from school, and having to deal with that lady! Sure it won't be the last time she has such a lack of empathy or professionalism. So thanks but no thanks!!! Please post when you change your front desk lady.

Dr Esperanza is always great. My family stills goes to see her for yearly exams even though we have moved about an hour drive away.

Watch out they will charge additional 39 dollars for 2 pictures of eyeballs without letting you known in advance. They surprised me when I was ready to pay copay. They should let me know before they add extra service

Excelente servicio! Went because my husband had a piece of metal fall on his eye. Dr. Esperanza was so knowledgeable, made us feel at peace and took care of his eye with such care. Extreme professionalism. What a blessing! Thank you Dr. Esperanza!

I had an eye exam at Esperanza Eyecare on April 10th and was told they would call me as soon as my contact lenses arrived. Over a month passed with no communication, so I decided to visit the office myself. The receptionist apologized and admitted that the order for my contacts was never even placed and had been discarded. She assured me that she would mark my case as urgent and reorder the lenses right away, promising to follow up with me as soon as possible. However, three more weeks went by--now more than two months after my eye exam--and I received no updates. When I called to ask about my contacts, a man told me they had nothing to do with ordering them, and that they only perform eye exams. I'm leaving one star due to the complete lack of communication, wasted time, and poor professionalism. It's incredibly disrespectful to tell a patient, after two months, that you're not responsible for something you previously promised to handle. I've now spent two months without contact lenses, resulting in frequent headaches and eye irritation. I will never return to this clinic. If you do go, make sure you get clear and accurate information. Playing with someone's health is a serious matter--if you can't handle that responsibility, you're in the wrong business.
