Just had my annual exam with Dr. Henry. Been with him for 5 years. I can say it has been great and consistent service at this office. Doctor and staff are great, responsive and customer focus. Love them...

I lost my glasses before coming on vacation to Florida and stopped in the see Dr. Henry to see if I could get a new script. They took me in immediately and helped me with everything. My insurance was out of network so he kindly gave me enough contacts to last my trip after renewing my prescription. The front desk receptionist was amazing and helpful. I would 10/10 recommend

For someone who claims to serves God, your actions do not align with that. My mother went in for an exam. My mother who has never had ANY issues with any of her doctors or specialists due to a language barrier. She followed all the instructions and understood everything. This is not her first rodeo. She knows exactly what to do since she gets an exam annually. When it came to reading the board he got upset because she couldn't see. He wanted my mom to tell him that she couldn't see when she couldn't, that's what she was trying to explain. That she couldn't see but blurry. He kept demanding a "straight answer". He got up from the chair opened the door and told her "the appointment is over, there is a language barrier". This is exactly what happened, I am not leaving out any details which I have seen that he claims people do in other reviews. The other staff members were shocked when I told them what happened because they understood her perfectly. May this year God fill your heart with a humble and honest spirit.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and specifically requested a confirmation via text or email. Unfortunately, I never received either. I've called multiple times, left voicemails, and even left my contact information with the front desk asking for a call back--yet no one has reached out. It's now the day of the appointment and I still haven't heard from anyone. I strongly encourage your team to look into improving your customer service and communication protocols. ----------------

Dr. Henry and staff were extremely helpful and professional. Angelica, the front desk attendant was absolutely delightful. This is the place to come in Orlando when in need of prescription eye glasses and contacts. Thank you so much.

Great place very professional. Lost my contacts at a water park and they were able to set me up with a new pair. Needed a copy of a valid prescription from my eye doctor at home, but none the less I got a new pair and ready to hit the parks. Took about 10 mins. Will be back if it's ever happens again. Thank again.

My son needed a replacement contact lens while vacationing in Orlando. A quick Google search found Dr. Henry's office nearby. Dr. Henry and his staff were amazing! The service was great and we were in and out in no time! Highly recommend!

Dr. Henry and his staff were all awesome! While on family vacation, my husband tore his only pair of contacts. We were able to contact our home optometrist office to get his prescription emailed to us. We called a few locations in the Orlando area close to where we were staying, no one had contacts in stock. Thankfully, we came upon Dr. Henry's office. They were very helpful and gracious enough to provide him with a trail pair of contacts to make it through the remainder of our vacation. Thank you again Dr. Henry, Sophia and the other young lady working in the office. We pray your business continues to flourish! We will be sure to stop in and say HI if we are ever in the area again!
