Very happy with the care I receive here! From the minute I checked in, the staff calmed my fears. Melody, Kim, & Jess are so kind and Fun! I enjoy talking with them! Dr. Robin is wonderful. Very warm and caring...and funny! He helped make my fearful situation much better for me. I look forward to continuing all my eye care with them!

Great doctor, but the scheduling needs improvement. The office should avoid booking patients so closely together. It's frustrating to be expected to arrive on time, only to end up waiting 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. A better scheduling system would make the overall experience much more positive. Unacceptable wait time

To make a long story short, this office wasted hours of my time. They told me Dr. Santiago offered hard contact lenses (Dr. Hanzlik doesn't) so I spent time on the phone with my insurance company and primary care physician getting a referral and then took time off work for my appointment. When I arrived at the office for my appointment, they told me they didn't do hard contact lenses! They didn't bother calling me beforehand to let me know, they just handed me a paper with the names of two other eye doctors who apparently do hard contact lenses. Terrible service. What a waste of time.

Pura perdida de tiempo. No hay nadie que te atienda . Ni siquiera una nota en la puerta si estan o no! Tampoco contestan el telefono!!
