Went to location today. Longtime customer. Very smug interaction with a young lady when I requested assistance to adjust glasses ordered online and picked up same day. She acted like she didn't understand what I was asking her to do and she was argumentative for no reason and refusing to adjust the glasses properly. I know it's a tough job and economy but geez this is exactly why people hate stores and order online no one wants to deal with smug bad attitude employees after spending $500 bucks on overpriced glasses.
