SLOWWWWWWWWW. Imagine waiting over half hour to pick up your glasses. This should not take even 5 minutes and the worst part is that they are NOT even busy. Here is some basic planning/managing: Customer walks in, take their info, go to the back and grab the order, hand it to the customer after confirming again, DONE!

Excellent service!!! All staff was friendly and professional, with great attitude towards customers. I really enjoyed my visit, they took care of my in a timely manner. 10 stars!!!

First time at this location, we came to order my wife's eyeglasses and the people were real nice. We waited a little bit, they were really busy but it was good, I can't remember the woman's name she looked Hawaiian I think but she was telling everyone about how much longer they had to wait and that we could shop around. The young lady that did my wife's glasses talked us through it and took the time to give us options. I'd recommend this place.

Came with my mother in law to get her eye exam and order her glasses. Listen this lady is elderly but she can be a real quick talker. She don't have a lot of patience sometimes and it comes off rude, the people at this office took such good care of her they even made her laugh. This woman is a tough cookie but the nurse was named franny too she was on point, she knew just how to handle my mother in law. The exam was okay all in all but I really appreciated the young girl at the front with short black hair, Franny and the manager V she helped us pick out glasses while we waited.

Would not recommend what so ever. Appointment was beginning of Jan never notified of delays. Then found out officer manager and staff decided to pull the frames I wanted off their sales floor to send to the lab. Didn't contact me or ask my approval. Those frames were crooked and touched by how many people? That's disgusting and unacceptable. Now I still have no glasses and am waiting to see if I actually get them.

Horrible customer service , my appt was at 11. There was no one else there yet it took until11:30 to get in for the test and then I had to remind them! When finished I was told to wait and would be attended to for glass fitting. Waited 10 minutes , with four people working..first one finished with a customer after 10 minutes and then decided to take a break...a second person finished with a customer after another 10 minutes and also took a break. Waited another 5 minutes and left. Incredibly POOR service..zero follow up. Wasted 2 hours. If you go to Costco it takes maybe 10 minutes. Never will I go there again.

Miranda was beyond an excellent employee. She helped me when my own insurance wouldn't go the extra step. I appreciate that kind of service in this busy world. Great job Miranda!
