I had a wonderful experience at the MyEyeDr. office, thanks to Carolina. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring.
Carolina's patience and genuine care truly stood out. Because of the level of attention and service she provided, I've since brought my daughter and my parents to see her as well. It's rare to find someone who consistently makes patients feel so well cared for.

For weeks and weeks I have been trying to find an eye dr that took my insurance and had meta glasses... No one's website is very clear on if they have them... My eye dr stated they were a dealer so I just stopped by.... Sure enough the search is over...From the moment I walked in the staff was amazing... I was able to get a same day exam with the latest technology.. From the front desk to the virtual Dr's assistants and even the Eyewear rep were knowledgeable ,friendly and not pushy.... Probably my best experience in any medical profession ever!! Thankyou for the experience!! BTW Happy birthday!! lol
The front desk, doctors and assistants are all nice from what I experienced. However once you're done with your exam and you have to pick your glasses that whole process is terrible. They have you waiting, browsing glasses without telling you what your insurance actually covers. The people brush you off as soon as they sense that they wont be able to up sale you into spending more money.
Very good customer service and Karla is amazing with her communication and helping with onboarding process. She made me feel welcomed and keeps a great attitude with a nice smile to her clients. Thanks for the new sets of glasses my friends! Will return next year for annual visit!

I made my appointment online and received confirmation that it was scheduled. Two days before my appointment, I received a text confirmation saying they are looking forward to seeing me at my scheduled and confirmed appointment. When I arrived at my scheduled and confirmed appointment, they said that since I did not read the "small print" (their actual words), and pick a doctor, my appointment was not scheduled and I had to reschedule. A courtesy call should've been sent out that I was missing that step, not a text that says you're looking forward to seeing me.
I am 75 years old and did not know that a confirmation email and text did not count towards a scheduled appointment. You obviously do not want my business, so I'll make sure to go somewhere else. Thank you for wasting my time.
Plan to be here for an extra 2 hours if you need anything besides an appointment. Although I did receive a proper refund when I was over charged improperly, the staff who helped me was new and charged me for something I did not need. I tried to get my classes adjusted and the glasses were handed off to someone mid-job and they made the adjustment worse. I am changing eye doctors because the after service isn't organized and the wait is too long of I need anything extra.
I went to my appointment yesterday and had a great experience! Maricarmen's service was outstanding! She was friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. It was my first time going, and I've already decided to stay with them. The whole staff was amazing, also the guy who takes all the notes I think his name is Juan, very professional too! Everyone greeted me with a smile. Highly recommend!
Maybe I am outdated, but since when can an eye exam be done without the optometrist or eye doctor being present. I had an appointment and when I walked in they asked me if I was aware of the visit being apparently virtual, and I wasn't or didn't even know that was a thing. I said I'll cancel if it's not with a person, and they wanted me to sign papers waiting to see if any other providers could see me in person. I refused to sign until I knew for sure, and the lady apparently wasn't too happy about the situation and just said "I can cancel the appointment" and I said OK since cause of the lack of communication now I seem like an inconvenience to the staff. Waste of my time going to the establishment.
