This facility is professional and very kind and clean. The ladies the front desk were very professional very nice. Very knowledgeable about what needs to be done. The eye doctor she was excellent nice kind very knowledgeable on any questions that I may have. Even the optical Center the lady that I talk to and spoken with. She was great as well overall, I would give this place 10 stars if I could give you new patient or old patient. I switch to to this Location, you will not regret it.

Had a great experience, the doctor and staff were all very kind and helpful. They explained everything throughly and I left there feeling great about my eye health. I had a headache the whole day so I hope I didn't have a grumpy face walking around the office lol Everyone was professional and kept me aware of what the next steps of the visit were, which was appreciated

Once again, a fabulous experience with Premier Vision. The staff here is so pleasant, personable, and professional! Both young women at the front desk, including Destiny who worked with me are a joy. Dr. Sam and all her staff never disappoint.

I've been coming to Premier Vision for the last 3 years since moving to Florida. They are always very friendly at the front desk and wonderful to talk to. My eyes have extremely high astigmatism and I have struggled with other Optometrists. Dr.Sam always gets my prescription just right and is just amazing.

For Dr. Sam!!! My dad and I have been going to Dr. Sam's office in Kissimmee for about 3-4 years now, and she is truly an exceptional optometrist . She is incredibly thorough and detailed in her assessments, and she always takes the time to explain every part of the exam--what she's checking for, what to expect, and what she recommends. I really appreciate her holistic approach , asking about overall health, medications, and anything else that could be affecting our vision. The office staff is equally wonderful--friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient . There's never any wasted time, yet they always make sure to go over options, pricing, and insurance coverage without rushing. And a small but meaningful detail: their playlist is *always* on point! A perfect mix of 90s-2000s hits that creates such a welcoming atmosphere every visit. The equipment is modern and top-of-the-line , and the team includes Spanish speakers. Dr. Sam herself communicates perfectly in Spanish, which makes my dad especially happy and comfortable. Yes, getting frames and glasses from a local small business can cost more than ordering from a big online shop--but the quality, service, and trust we get here are worth every penny . I'm always happy to support them and order at least one pair of glasses for both me and my dad , and they're usually ready within a couple of weeks. Highly recommend Dr. Sam and her amazing team!

As someone who has chronic dry eye, I appreciate the specific tips, attention, and understanding I've received with Dr. Sam and their office over the past several years. Smooth visits. Clean facility. Efficient being able to text the office as well for appointments.

Dr. Sam runs the show at Premier Vision. Which is full service, they do comprehensive eyeglass and contact lense exams and they have a great selection of frames and Eyewear. Plenty of parking and a texting service with questions answered during and after hours. Waiting area in back is for start of appointment and between exams. We ordered contact lenses, sunglasses and everyday glasses. Ready in about two weeks. Very satisfied.

I love going to premier vision. Doctor Sam is absolutely phenomenal, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Her staff is amazing as well: Destiny, Kiara and Xiomara- you guys are awesome. Two reasons why I love going there: The Doctor is amazing. The staff is beyond professional. I highly recommend them. I have no complaints whatsoever. I have been with them for about 3/5 years.
