What amazed me was the information that she gave me and she explained everything clearly to me including the video zoom doctor results and response. It was my absolute pleasure being helped yesterday by the assistant manager named Victoria. I swear she's an absolute sweetheart. It's been decades since I last wore glasses. With that being said I didn't realize how important it was for me to include anti glare to my glasses order. When I initially placed my order for the glasses, I got the buy one get one free deal, she tried to tell me to get the anti glare but I was being stubborn at the time lol. She kept urging me but I brushed it off lol. If I had listened to her the first time I would have been able to get the anti glare included on both pairs for the price of one but I was stubborn lol. But once I got my glasses and realized the mistake I made not including it she gracefully allowed me to come back and get the anti glare added to the pair I liked the most. If you go to this store I highly recommend working with Victoria. And learn from my mistake and actually heed her advice lol, she'll actually have your best interest at heart.

Optometrist wasn't at the location. You go into a room and the doctor is on a TV screen. They control the machine remotely. It was pretty uncomfortable, but the test was accurate when comparing it to another test I got the next day. Hector and the guys in the store are cool and very helpful. Of course they want you to buy glasses from them, but you don't have to. Updating my review because ever since I went to this place I've been getting constant texts and there is no way to opt out of them. Typed stop many times and it just won't stop. You guys are harassing me

I brought my mom in for her eye exam, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It was a big plus that everyone spoke Spanish, which made my mom feel especially comfortable.
Samuel assisted us personally, and he was truly outstanding. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was also very knowledgeable and offered great recommendations for us. We really appreciated his professionalism and care. Highly recommend!
