The doctor and the back-office staff were great. However, the front desk staff were not customer-friendly and showed little interest in providing the best experience. When I asked the woman at the desk to adjust my brand-new frames because they were uneven, she did not help. After spending hundreds of dollars, you'd think they would provide better service. I will definitely look for a new office next time.

The staff and the doctor for excellent they actually went above and beyond to help me to stay within my budget and pick a pair of glasses that I was happy with. Thank you so much I would definitely go back I chose to go to a place where it's familiar to me than to go to a place that was close by better service better people great atmosphere and the store that's absolutely Immaculate clean and very sophisticated I love the whole experience from beginning to end. No pushy salespeople, Dr Lopez was very good and patience and explained all my questions I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had my eye exam done at a different location because I thought it was going to be more effective since it was closer to my house. I regret making that decision. I should have stuck with what I know to be great. Vision works is always a pleasure because the customer service representatives are always willing to help you find just the perfect set of frames that fit your face and your budget. They're always friendly and welcoming and even when they're super busy, they always take their time.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the representative named Felipe. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable about everything I wanted. I'm a very nitpicky person so I tend to ask 1000 questions, and he answered just as fast as I asked. I even tried to run to the car to try to get some papers I forgot. But he insisted that I stayed comfortable inside, where it was warm and allow him to pull up the information on his system. I mean, he should be working for the royal family with how hospitable he carry's himself. The other reps are all just as warm and friendly, top tier, 5/5 star store
