I came here to renew my prescription for contact lenses. It was 145 for an exam, fitting, and a trial pair due to my astigmatism. I'm really glad I came here! I only get fitted once a year so it's really important to get my vision as perfect as possible. Dealing with a slightly off prescription for a year is a pain and happened to me once.. They did the test (which went by quickly) and gave me lenses to try. To my surprise though they had me wait to verify the fit. She did a check and found it might be slightly off perfect so she had me try ANOTHER pair of lenses. I was shocked and grateful they did this. Other places are very conservative on test lenses and they had me effectively put a brand new pair to the bin in the name of a perfect fit. Behold, the new ones fit perfectly and they gave me the new prescription without hesitating or a hard sale to buy lenses there as other places have in the past. Thank you Dr. Esperanza and crew! Highly recommend.

Terrible experience. Please go somewhere else! I feel robbed because my glasses have been ready for a month and they will not let me pick them up without an appointment and due to my schedule I can only pick them up on Saturdays. They will not let me schedule with a different provider that would be available when I'm available and now I have to wait one more month to be able to pick them up. Also bad customer service to the point where they almost yell at you.

The doctor simply does not know what she is doing. After all the money you spend between the eye exam and purchasing the lenses, you cannot see well at all. Don't waste your time/money going there.
