Eyeglass World

From start to finish it was the best experience! I wasn't sure what to expect as many eye exams are going virtual and I was nervous this might be the same. Was I wrong! My insurance benefits are pretty good and I was able to find something I liked. The doctor was A++. The most thorough exam I've ever had. Maria was really good at her job. We almost left without finding anything and she was able to work hard to accomplish the mission! It was a family affair and we both got our yearly glasses .

I had a great experience. Julia took her time with me and was so helpful with adjusting my existing glasses and making sure my new pair were just right. It was a relaxing experience and I did not feel rushed at all. Love my new glasses.

Karen was amazing today, helping get me all set up with new glasses and new lenses for my sunglasses. Gave me a great price with what works best on my company insurance. Professional, courteous, and quick services. Kept on time with my appointment, the doctor was kind and wasn't aggressive. Got my glasses the same day! Top notch this Eyeglass World is, 10 Stars!!!

Had a great experience today visiting Eyeglass World! Becky was so kind to assist me with my loose glasses, she did it multiple times and was very kind to me until we were pleased with the results. Lovely people!

I am livid with these people. This is the second time in a row that this office has destroyed my frames. The same way. The first pair was ruined when the tech screwed in the screw so tight, no one could get it out. I don't know, maybe they super glued it? This last time the screw was so tight that the screw head is stripped, and the screw shaft must have cracked. One day while just wearing the glasses there was a sharp ping and the lens fell to the ground. The result? No one on earth can get the two halves of the screw out of the two halves of the frame. This frame was very expensive. I bought them because of the fact that Eyeglass world has cheap frames that turn my skin green. Their solution to ruining my excellent frames? "We can give you a discount on new frames." Great. NOT! Stay far away from these guys, they break your stuff and tell you to go away with your problems......

Very pleasant experience. All the associates we dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful. Julia did our fittings when our glasses came in and she did a nice job. She was very patient with my wife who is very particular about her glasses. We would definitely come back again.

Outstanding service by Julia today! She helped me pick the right frame, size & color, for my face,. She answered ALL my questions and explained every option available for my lenses. I'll be sure to mention Eyeglass World in Lady Lake, FL to all my friends & family needing glasses. Well Done Julia!

Had an 11:00 a.m. appointment and they called me back and then took somebody that had an 11:15 a.m. appointment before they even put me in for an exam. I sat there for over an hour waiting for my turn at an appointment and finally just walked out when they took that 11:15 am appointment before me and they didn't even call me back for 45 minutes after I got there. I would not recommend this place for your eyeglass or vision care. If I could have given negative stars I would have.
