I normally dread going to pick out new glasses because I never know what I want but Amy took the time to help me pick out two pairs and get some contacts. I'm very happy with the pairs we picked out which is rare but she helped me a ton. This location was very pleasant to go to. I will be back next year!

Love Dr. Chiaramonti! She is absolutely fabulous, full of energy and always smiling every time I see her. She is very good at explaining, and has incredible patience. Amy did a fantastic job helping with ordering my new lenses and everyone was very kind from the moment I walked in. Dr. Chiaramonti runs great on time as well!

Paige at Optical Outlets in Lady Lake was excellent at helping me find the right frames for my new glasses. She directed me to the perfect pair of long stem arms that I needed. She is very pleasant. I give her 5 out of 5 stars. The store is very clean, convenient and organized.

After my experience with the Optic Outlet in Lady Lake. Now I know why their rating is 3.5 out of a 5.0 The visit felt like you were purchasing a used car, with final price being hidden. Wait! It gets worse. One of the lenses fell out. My wife went to have them fixed. She was told the glasses were over four years old, and I would need a full eye exam and must purchase a new pair. Not even close. The glasses were about two months old or less. Update. I went to the same location that my wife went to. I was curious about how I would be treated. Very nice young lady. However, the first thing was to try and get me to take out an insurance policy for the new lens. When we got to the price for one replacement lens, I was quoted about 25% more money than the original glasses cost. I am in my early 70s and have never made a negative review in the past. I felt obligated to warn others of what they could experience if they are using Optic Outlet in Lady Lake Florida.

Great experience at this location! Amy took the time to answer all my questions and helped me make a decision on my glasses. So glad this location is close to home with great, friendly service.
