I received exceptional service today from the moment I walked in . The receptionist , ophthalmologic technician, Doctor and optician were all extremely kind . They were professional and very personable . I had been driving far for my eye doctor appointments to another business , and needed to find somewhere closer to go. I was in the villages on vacation and broke my glasses. I ordered a new frame for overnight delivery. I went to MyEyeDr in Spanish Springs and asked if they could take the lenses out of my broken frames and put them in my new frames. Without question they agreed to do so. I offered to pay for the service, but they did not charge. Thank you so much for the kindness.

Had an appointment early one morning. On my way there, they called me that Dr. Barry could not see me because I need to see Dr. Nass. I ask them why they waited to the last moment to let me know. After I got home, I called to find out what was going on. They had so many excuses that were lies. They are not very professional!!!!!
