Excellent service and great staff. It was easy to get an appointment and preregistrater in advance of the visit. The day of the appointment the doctor and the staff explained their findings and treatment options clearly and answered all my questions. The surgical coordinator explained the insurance process, coverage and patient responsibilities, pre and post surgery procedures and established appointments for surgery and post surgery.
Finally the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated during every step of our visit.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went here because I have to change Dr's. When I got there I received very good care and a very through eye exam. Every one was very nice. The Doctors assistant was very patient with me and the doctor was great!. Have no complaints and would recommend this office to everyone. Thank you very much to everyone who took part in my care. My 17 year daughter was in severe pain which wound up being an abrasion on her cornea. They stayed after 4pm when they close to see her and Dr. Jones was ABSOLUTELY amazing! His bedside manner was the best and he did everything he could to ease the pain. The nurses are all amazing as well. I am a lifetime customer after the service we received! Thank you ALL for doing everything you could for our daughter.

There was a small communication error at first. I had wanted an overall evaluation for several issues, but the referral given by my doctor only allowed for the procedure he had requested. I was frustrated when I left that first day.
When I came in for my procedure and shared all of my concerns with Cheyenne and Autumn, they listened and we're able to give me great advice and point me in the right direction going forward. Cheyenne did an amazing job removing the lesion and is a great talent. This was a very delicate procedure and she made me feel very comfortable as she explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. That makes a great difference. I feel they went above and beyond that day and really cared about all of my concerns. Together they make a great team.
