The team at Lake Mary Eye Care are the most professional, caring, and helpful providers we've ever experienced. Dr. Love is a genius with a friendly and meticulous way to cover all of the eye tests and examination. We LOVE Love! My wife wears contact lenses and was experiencing discomfort with her old lenses. The new ones are perfect and very well fitted. I wear glasses and all I can say is that now I'm more productive in the office because I can read things clearly. It's not an exaggeration to say I'm a safer driver with my everyday glasses. Oh yeah, we received our glasses and contacts very quickly. Thanks Dr. Thanks Dr. Love and team! and team! Been with them for over 10 years but they wanted to charge $1800 because my son missed his annual appointment instead of $300. We were never told the price difference of him missing an annual appointment and the receptionist wouldn't even consider finding out if we could get a discounted price due to not being informed of price difference. I would have ensured he wouldn't have missed his appointment!!!

Dr Love is amazing! I have gone to him for several years. Recently i developed double vision and he fit me in to his busy schedule the same day! After multiple tests to rule out certain reasons he told me i had severe dry eye and showed me the inflammation in my eyes! He prescribed steriod drops and dry eyes drops! We are hoping this takes care of it! Will see him back in 10 days! Great staff snd doctor!

Dr. Love and his staff are top notch! Everyone is friendly and professional. Ashley is a true gem. She fits our whole family for glasses and is really good at what she does!

I have been a patient of Doctor Love's for over 2 years for severe dry eye problems. Dr. Love offered quite a few treatment options and I was able to select the course of action that was appropriate for me. He is very professional and focused on care and follow-up/evaluations. Happy to say that I am no longer having symptoms - my dry eye is under control. Very pleased.

Look at the reviews that aren't five stars and you'll notice a pattern. If you have a problem, Dr. Love is dismissive and condescending. I just wanted an updated prescription for my glasses, and it turned into a nightmare. Once they learned I had two different insurance policies, he was really pushy about buying several types of glasses (reading, computer, night driving) and tried to put me in progressives. I had no problems reading; he just wanted me in progressives since I'm over 40 and "I will eventually need them." I wore them for a week and experienced severe vertigo. When I went back to the office, I was treated terribly. The "excellent" Dr. Love never re-examined my eyes; instead, he called me a liar when I explained I was having vision problems. Then he got emotional, saying he was "only looking out for the best interests of my eyes," but it was my decision not to wear progressives. I just wanted to see clearly out of my glasses, and he couldn't even manage that. I switched back to single-vision glasses, and they're the worst pair I've ever had. I can't read anything on a computer or phone. My right lens prescription is way off, and unless I look through it at exactly the right angle, everything is blurry. I honestly think he made my vision worse. I haven't gone back because I can't trust a healthcare provider who acts belligerently when questioned or confronted with a problem. I also had to fight with my insurance company and spend additional money at a different provider just to get the proper glasses Beware if you have good insurance. He will look for any reason to bill both your vision and medical coverage. The pressure in one of my eyes is slightly high, and he immediately launched into glaucoma scare tactics. Yes, even after treating me like crap, his office hounded me for months to come back for additional tests. Spoiler alert: my eyes are perfectly fine. On top of that, I never received a copy of my prescription, and they've refused to release it, which is against federal law.

Staff was very accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. All contacts took the time to explain and ensure I understood the why & what and targeted outcome of each procedure. Each made me feel valued. I highly recommend Dr. Love @ Lake Mary Eye Care.
