I had a great experience at this clinic Lake Mary facility. Everyone was friendly, welcoming. I was initially afraid I wouldn't like it because it was the only clinic in my health insurance network near my house, but it turned out to be great! Kery was wonderful as my stylist and helped me find the perfect Tom Ford frame, finally, a pair of glasses that I truly love. Brandon was very patient and great customer service, he explained the lens options in detail, making the process easy to understand. Dr. Rogers and the team answered my all questions, they are friendly and caring. Thank you all!

Age is definitely catching up with my eyes (or maybe it's just all the screen time)! I went online and easily scheduled an appointment for the very next day. I had the last slot, but Kerri at the front desk called to see if I could come in earlier--almost made it, but got lost. One quick call later and Kerri came to the rescue again, guiding me right in. The office is spotless, modern, and welcoming, with a great variety of frames--every major brand you can think of. No waiting around either; everything ran smoothly and on time. My exam was done with high-tech equipment, and Dr. Rogers went over my results in detail and made sure my new prescription was perfect. I wrapped things up by signing on the dotted line after my wife helped me pick out glasses via FaceTime with Brandon--who, by the way, could have a side career as a singer! I had an excellent experience at this eye doctor's office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The office was clean and well-organized, and I never felt rushed. I truly felt that my eye health was a priority. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care! I called with what I would consider an eye emergency on a Friday. They opened at 10, I left a message at 8. I got a call around 9 and an appointment at 10:15. Their communication, timeliness and personal attention made what could have been a very long weekend. They kept me updated when I had issues with my prescription and went above and beyond to ensure everything was cared for before they closed. Thankful for Drs offices that still treat patients with kindness.

Excellent practice. Clinical and front office staff working together for a very pleasant experience. It was also a very quick process and not overcrowded. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Rogers and feel she is an excellent eye doctor. My lovely new glasses needed an adjustment. Stopped in and got that taken care of quickly and easily. The staff in this office are great and make you feel really comfortable.

I called Premier Eye Care at the very last minute hoping to get in, and they were kind enough to schedule me for a same-day appointment. From the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. She walked me through the changes happening with my eyes as I get older and made sure I understood each part of the exam. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer every question truly set her apart. My wife was seen the day before by Dr. Shirin Mawji-Ali and had an equally wonderful experience. She couldn't say enough good things about the level of care and professionalism she received. Premier Eye Care has earned our trust and highest recommendation. Primera eye care in Lake Mary is yet by far the best eye place I've been to here in Florida. The staff is amazing and friendly. The store is very clean. The staff makes you feel like family. Mrs. Rogers was so nice and explained everything in depth. Kerry at the front desk is so helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place to any one who needs to see an eye doctor.
